Hi everyone!
Quick check-in: Production for Delidragons is still ongoing.
While there isn’t new confirmed progress to share just yet, work is continuing steadily behind the scenes across multiple stages.

Earlier challenges have had a longer ripple effect on timelines than we initially expected, and that impact is still influencing the overall pace now. At the same time, progress is happening step by step, even if it’s not always immediately visible from the outside.

Several phases are still ahead after production is fully completed — including manufacturer dispatch, transit to us, quality checks, counting, packing, and final shipment — and each of these takes time to complete properly. Still, things are moving forward steadily.

We’re also expecting to be able to share progress photos as soon as we receive them from the manufacturers, and we’ll do so once we have something concrete to show 😍

We’ll share another update in about a month, or sooner if something changes.
Completing production and fulfillment is just as important to us as it is to you, as it allows us to move forward fully with each project.

Since the majority of our ongoing campaigns are currently at a very similar production stage, you may see a very similar update shared across them. This simply reflects their shared status.

We know these waits are frustrating, and they’re just as challenging on our side — which is exactly why we’re doing everything we can to move things forward carefully and steadily. 

We’re also sorry when too much time passes between updates. We’ll share another update in about a month, or sooner if something changes. If there are no major changes before then, our next check-in update will be around early April. If there are recent comments we haven’t replied to yet, we’ll get back to them as soon as possible where needed. 

Yes, It’s Taking Forever. No, We’re Not Giving Up.

We hope you had a warm, peaceful Holiday season, however you chose to spend it! And we wish you the brightest, kindest, happiest New Year! 🌟✨


It’s now the very beginning of 2026 (can you believe it?! 😭), and even if we don’t have any major updates to share just yet, we wanted to check in and let you know…

We learned silence can feel a little discouraging sometimes. But behind the scenes, things are still moving — production, coordination with manufacturers, emails, logistics, packaging, follow-ups. The current work is very "invisible", but it’s all ongoing. We’re doing our best to move things forward, at the often awkward pace that small creators with no external help, like us, have to dance to. 🥺

We’re far from perfect — a little clumsy, a little chaotic… we stumble, we get overwhelmed, but we never stop trying.


We can’t wait for the day we get to share exciting news, tangible progress, or even the final fulfillment photos with you!! That moment is still coming — and we’re holding onto that light with all our hearts. 💜
In the meantime, thank you for sticking around, for being patient, and for still believing in this little dream of ours. REALLY.

We’re wishing you a 2026 filled with warmth, breakthroughs, self-kindness and color — and we truly hope that what we’re building here will add a tiny spark of that to your year, too, despite all. 🌟


🌱 A small note:
This update is going out across all of our pending/open campaigns — because while each project is different and has its own timing/complexity, the heart and care behind them is the same. 💜
We know it’s taking way longer than expected. And we want you to know:
it’s in our own interest to fulfill as soon as possible, too.
Only once these campaigns are fulfilled we can bring the leftover products to our shop and actually earn something from them.
Crowdfunding doesn’t bring profits; it helps fund production, and sometimes we even have to add personal savings to cover unforeseen costs. 😣
So please rest assured: we want these campaigns to be finished, more than anyone.
We’re committed to making that happen, even if slowly — and we’re endlessly grateful for your trust, your patience, and your presence. 🎀
As we always say, your support keeps our hearts warm and our motivation alive. 

Even just knowing you’re still out there cheering us on (and/or simply waiting patiently) means everything to us. This community is what keeps us grounded. Thank you for being here.

Just a quick follow-up to our last post…

Finally things are moving again!!!! 💨
After weeks and weeks of more setbacks, stress, and silence… it finally feels like something is shifting again, and we’re SO happy to share some visible progress with you!

We received updated photos of the new Delidragons batch in production — and they are looking STUNNING!! 🥹😭💖

These pins are practically complete — they only need the final screen print layer, and they’ll be fully done! ✨
Seeing them like this gives us SO much hope and excitement again — we just had to share them with you right away.

🖼️ Some thoughts on the pins:

🌟 Constellation Dragon is literally glowing with that star details — it looks like it fell from the sky 🥹
💜 Lavender Dragon turned out so soft and dreamy — we can already smell the calm 💐
🌻 Sunflower is full of joy! That tiny flower on the tail? It turned out so detailed!
💚 Succulent Dragon is so vibrant — and that pink flower POPS beautifully on the green base. Can't wait to see it complete with a bold white screen print for the fur!
🖤 Early Grey Tea has such a deep charm… We couldn't believe when we saw the colors turned out just as we envisioned!! So relieving 🍵

We're so close to the finish line for this batch, and we’re beyond excited to see them coming to life. We’re expecting to receive updated photos of the nearly completed pins in just a few days, and we cannot wait to share those with you as soon as they arrive! 🐉✨

🔜 And that’s not all — other Delidragons batches are also in production right now, and we can’t wait to show you the next waves of pins as they’re completed too!! 😍

A lot of you have been asking specific questions, so here’s where we’re at:


🇪🇺 EU + ROW – In theory, nothing has changed as of now.
Once all the rewards are fully produced and in our hands, they’ll be shipped out normally to Europe and the Rest of the World. ✌️

🇺🇸 USA – We’re still officially blocked from shipping, BUT... we finally (!!) signed all the documents with our courier to enable DDP shipping! 🎉
That means we might soon be able to ship to the US again without surprise customs fees.
Now we’re waiting for their final approval — fingers crossed 🤞 Everything should be okay, but nothing is ever guaranteed in this climate… so we’re hoping for the best!
 
Once all the rewards are fully produced and in our hands, they’ll be shipped out to the US as well — assuming the DDP will be activated by our courier and/or the situation with tariffs and shipping has cleared up by then. 🤞 


Sorry if this sounds super technical — but we know many of you wanted specifics, and we’ll continue to keep you in the loop 💬

Except for the last update we posted here in mid September, we then decided to take the entire month of September off from social media and public updates, because honestly… our batteries were completely empty. 🥺

Not just our creative battery — but our social and emotional capacity too.
We had nothing left to give, and we knew we had to step back to avoid burning out completely.

That said, we weren’t doing nothing the same!
We kept working behind the scenes on technical and logistical matters — like negotiating with couriers, finalizing documents, and organizing upcoming shipments and production steps in this difficult situation.

We know that not replying to every message, comment, or email can feel like a letdown — and we hate still not being able to engage more.
But sometimes, staying silent is the only way we can stay standing.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again:
This is something we’re actively working on, (and we were actually making progress before getting hit with yet another blow from Trump’s new tariffs, which brought a whole new set of problems to handle)
 
But the truth is, we need your patience and understanding, just as we completely understand if our slower pace feels frustrating.

 If we ever go quiet, it’s never because we’ve disappeared — it just means we’re working quietly, or we’re recovering. But we’re still here. Always. 

 📌 If you don’t see an update for your specific campaign yet, please know we’re still preparing and writing those as we speak. These things take time and energy — especially when everything is interconnected — so please be patient with us and avoid sending additional messages or comments asking about it. Every update is coming, and we’re doing our very best to share them all as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding regarding this too! 💜

Hi everyone 💌
We wanted to share a small update, even if we still don’t have any major breakthrough to announce just yet.
We know it’s been 23 days since our last detailed post, and even though we’re still in this painful waiting mode, it felt important to check in.

As of today, all shipping couriers have removed every DDU (unpaid customs) method to the US, which means we physically cannot ship anything there — not even if we wanted to. So we’re still unable to reopen our shops or campaign fulfillment for the US.
We’re waiting for updates from them, and in the meantime we’re actively discussing alternative solutions with several fulfillment centers to understand what options we may have. There are still many logistical and financial variables that need to align~

It’s a frustrating and delicate situation, with many moving pieces and still no clear answers yet.

The uncertainty is weighing on us heavily.
With our US audience making up the vast majority of our community, this standstill is slowly suffocating our ability to stay afloat.
Bills, rent, taxes, fixed costs — they keep coming, but we don’t have our usual flow of income to rely on.

We’ll be honest: this whole situation is taking a huge toll on our mental health and sense of direction.
We’ve been in survival mode for so long that even the idea of resting has started to feel like a luxury — and yet, our minds and bodies are asking (screaming?) for a real break.
We wanted to work on new digital content and launches during this period, and we still plan to… but right now, we’re simply exhausted.

We just hope we’ll be able to take a real break.
It’s hard to truly disconnect when your mind is racing, the pressure never stops, and even family dynamics at home keep us on edge 24/7 😅
We’re trying — but rest doesn’t come easy when you're this burned out.

Behind the scenes, we’re continuing to finalize various plush samples and complete production work that was already in progress — pushing forward wherever we can.

Yes, the Spooky Cowstumes plushie campaign is still happening! 🎃
We’ve simply postponed the launch due to all that’s been going on — but we’re 100% committed to making it happen (and we think you’ll love what’s coming 👀💀✨).

Now for some much-needed good news!!
A fresh new batch of Delidragons pins is well underway, and we’re thrilled to show you some of the latest production shots!

📸 In the photos below, you can see the raw metal molds for some of the upcoming designs — including a few crowd favorites. They already look adorable even in "silver" and unfilled! 🥹😆💖

The manu let us know that these photos were actually taken some time ago, and that the pins are already much further along now — almost at the screenprint phase!

We’re expecting to receive updated photos of the nearly completed pins in just a few days, and we cannot wait to share those with you as soon as they arrive! 🐉✨
