Hey there! We're thrilled to let you know that the production of our pins is nearly complete and we couldn't be more excited about it!
On the stationery front, our washi tapes and stickers are all set, ready to go! As for the wooden charms, they're in the final assembly stage. It's a bit of a slow and intricate process, but we're getting there. (If you take a look at the photo, you'll see that they're missing a few final touches like the key-chain, bell, and bow).
We also wanted to give you a sneak peek at some of the pins in all their glory! We hope you love them already ૮꒰ ˵ಢ´ ヮ `ಢ˵ ꒱ა✧˖°

At the moment, the production for this campaign is right on schedule, but there's still a bit of work left before everything is completely finished and ready to be shipped out to you! Our goal is to start sending out your rewards by May, as we originally scheduled/aimed, but it might take a little longer in the end... ૮꒰ ◕´ ㅅ `◕˵ ꒱ა" We'll see!

Great news! The smoke test was successful, and we didn't encounter any issues. As a result, we've now sent out the remaining surveys to all backers. Please take a moment to complete your survey as soon as possible and keep an eye on your inbox to ensure you've received it correctly. Your prompt responses will help us move forward smoothly~
ꜱᴏᴍᴇ ᴅᴇᴇᴘᴇʀ ɪɴꜰᴏ: 📨 And remember, no need to panic about the charge just yet - we'll only hit your card when we're ready to send out your awesome rewards. 💳
❗In fact, the charge will happen only when we get closer to the actual dispatchment of the goodies, and not right after your purchase. This applies to either any eventual extra add-ons, pledge upgrades, all shipping costs and pre-orders! When your reward selections will be locked and your cards charged, you will still be able to update your shipping address (in case of moving or other similar necessities), up until we lock addresses right before we start shipping. Please note: naturally, if the charge of your card in Backerkit will result in errored/failed payment, you'll not receive the added items (but only your eventual original pledge item).
If you're having trouble finding your survey, make sure to check your spam folder. And if you've used your apple id as your backer e-mail, no worries - just shoot us a message so we can update your e-mail address and get your survey to you pronto! 🍎
Once you've filled out your survey, you can always go back and make changes before we close them up for good with final counts. So don't stress if you're not sure about something at first - you can always come back to it later. 👌
But if you don't submit your survey by the deadline, your shipment might be delayed. And we don't want that, do we? So make sure to fill it out ASAP so we can get the ball rolling on production! ૮꒰ ❀^ ㅅ ^❀꒱ა🚀

Quick update – our surveys have been finally approved and we've taken the first big step by sending out the Smoke Test to a few backers. So please check your inbox, as you might be one of those! Now, we've got our fingers crossed that everything runs smoothly! If all goes well, we'll be ready to send out the rest of the surveys soon.

Here is just a quick update on the status of the surveys -as some of you have been asking about them. Is usually suggested to wait at least 14 business days after the end of the campaign, before sending surveys our to backers. And, as much as we wish they could magically appear ૮꒰˶> ヮ <˶꒱ა the reality is that surveys are not automatically made based on the campaign, but they take time and effort to be manually created by us. In addition, the Holiday season furtherly slowed down the process adding extra waiting days, of course... ૮꒰ ◕´ ꒳ `◕˵ ꒱ა"
Furthermore, we've encountered some challenges during the building phase for the campaign add-ons in the surveys. The structure on BK's end for them is not yet 100% convenient/intuitive to use, due to the newness of the platform Crowdfunding by BK. We are hopeful that these issues will be resolved soon in the future tho!
Having said that, please know that the surveys are currently still under review by BK staff and will start sending them out to you (with the usual smoke test first) as soon as they are approved!

The new final Stretch goal(Merry Hoppidays enamel pins) has been achieved at 99%, this is quite funny ૮꒰˶> ヮ <˶꒱ა But we'll of course consider everything unlocked the same -so please don't worry! You'll be able to add them through your survey (already uncloked) ૮꒰˶^ ㅅ ^˶꒱ა
If you're among the few errored backers, and you didn't manage to fix your payment within the 7 days from the end date of the campaign, you will be automatically dropped out and you will not receive any of your rewards.
But please don't worry, if you want to recover it and still receive your goodies, your pledge can also be collected on a later moment: we'll send you a direct e-mail for this in the next days -after the surveys are all set. So please check your mail box!
Also, we'll soon open the dedicated Pre-order Store for all those who missed the campaign! [not for backers] So, please stay tuned for that as well if you're among those ̖́-

We need to know what and where we need to ship the rewards, as already mentioned! That's why we’ll send out a Survey through BackerKit to collect this information from all the backers. We're currently working on manually preparing the surveys for all the tiers; this may take up some time. You should expect to receive it after approx.14+ business days from today. Through the Survey you'll be able to finally select which exactitems you want. But! You'll also be able to add even more add-ons in the Survey and get more items with your pledge, even now that the campaign has ended!

For the production and fulfillment to be started, funds are needed to be transfered over to us and this process can take up to 20+ business days. After we'll have the funds in hands and everyone (or the vast majority) will have answered the surveys, we'll able to actually start the production of the rewards with our manufacturers.
