Thank you so much for your patience as we gear up to begin shipping the remaining rewards! Since Crowdfunding by BackerKit is a newer platform, there was a new automatic feature implemented in the Pledge Manager after our campaign, that ended up duplicating add-ons for a lot of you. 

BackerKit sincerely apologies for the snag and for the various notifications in regards to your add-ons -as do we! Hopefully this will be the last update asking y'all to go back through your survey to make sure your add-ons look good and confirm your final decisions. We super appreciate you sticking with us with such a patience and your continued support for all of our projects. We couldn't do any of this without you!

Please note: some items may have been removed even though they shouldn't have been -because an automatic add-ons removal operation was carried out through a dev chore. Therefore, please make sure everything is as you wish. Don't worry: you can still add or re-add other items now, if you want! Especially if they've been incorrectly removed.

Hi backers Frens! • ̗̀૮꒰ฅ ˵• ヮ •˵ ฅ꒱ა ̖́-  Long time no see... Hope you had a very regenerating Holiday period in the meantime, and also got an awesome start to the new year! For us, the year didn't start off great, actually... but we don't want to bring you down ૮꒰ ◕´ ヮ `◕˵ ꒱აو ̑̑

We're here to tell you that things are going slowly but steadily! There isn't something really new to let you know, other than the production reached its final stages but it's still ongoing~

From the last updates we got from our manu, we thought we could have them in hand already in December (considering the progress at that time -as we also showed you in the previous post here), but due to some setbacks on their side this didn't happen 😥 Our rep also had to be away for long due to personal reasons just right since last December. But now she's back at work. So at the moment we think/hope they will ship everything to us within Feb/Mar! Fingers crossed, considering also the Chinese New Year Holiday-stop coming very soon in early February.

We thank you so much for all your patience and understanding during all this time!


Talking about something cuter... while we wait for the completion of everything in progress, we want to brighten your day with the company of new little, cheerful, and stinky bbs! ฅ^˵◕´ ヮ `◕˵^ฅ With another project of ours coming on January 20th here on Backerkit, the Bin Buddies!

We're going through packing rewards containing enamel pins -dividing backers by segments! Some already got their addresses locked and rewards packed+shipped (and some even already arrived in the meantime)

For all the other backers, please expect both your order (if it wasn't already locked for some reasons) and address to be locked in 48hrs -starting from now. Please double check all your info and make your changes as needed~

❗ Also please expect any uncharged amount to be collected during the next days -both for shipping costs and for any eventual extra add-ons

There are still a few people who didn't answer to the follow-up questions for campaign add-ons selections.
If these are not answered, we won't be able to pack and send out any of your rewards! As previously mentioned, there's been a glitch when firstly sending surveys out due to which campaign add-ons didn't receive any selection for some backers. Lots of them already succesfully fulfilled them, but there are a few who didn't still... After all the setbacks experienced that have slowed down the production process a lot -as you may already know from the previous update post., we have revised and updated our timeline to reflect the current situation, as you can see through the image below. Our goal is to ship everything as soon as possible, hoping by December/January 2024 -we're keeping our fingers crossed!

Despite these delays, the production of the pins is actually well underway! ૮꒰„ ᵕ  ꒳ ᵕ̤ „꒱ა 
We received some production photos showcasing their progress just today, and we couldn't be more thrilled about how they're coming out! You can see that all the pins in the pictures are almost complete, with only the final stage of screen printing remaining. They are turning out to be even more adorable and vibrant than we imagined ૮꒰„ ◕ ヮ ◕˵ „꒱ა❀°。We think you're going to love them too, once completed!

We'll do our best to keep you updated -as soon as we have more news on the completion of the pins
We never ask our manufacturers to rush any production, even if there have been already delays. Cause we're committed to delivering exceptional quality products as much as we can ૮꒰ ◕´ ꒳ `◕˵ ꒱ა

Our smoke test went off without a hitch and we're now sending surveys to each and every one of you! 📨 And remember, no need to panic about the charge just yet - we'll only hit your card when we're ready to send out your awesome rewards. 💳
❗In fact, the charge will happen only when we get closer to the actual dispatchment of the goodies, and not right after your purchase. This applies to either any eventual extra add-ons, pledge upgrades and pre-orders!  When your reward selections will be locked and your cards charged, you will still be able to update your shipping address (in case of moving or other similar necessities), up until we lock addresses right before we start shipping.
Please note: naturally, if the charge of your card in Backerkit will result in errored/failed payment, you'll not receive the added items (but only your eventual original pledge item).

If you're having trouble finding your survey, make sure to check your spam folder. And if you've used your apple id as your backer e-mail, no worries - just shoot us a message so we can update your e-mail address and get your survey to you pronto! 🍎 

Once you've filled out your survey, you can always go back and make changes before we close them up for good with final counts. So don't stress if you're not sure about something at first - you can always come back to it later. 👌

But if you don't submit your survey by the deadline, your shipment might be delayed. And we don't want that, do we? So make sure to fill it out ASAP so we can get the ball rolling on production!  ૮꒰ ❀^ ㅅ ^❀꒱ა🚀
