Shipping Emails Are Arriving
Hello Strategists!
Today's update is another small but exciting one.
Shipping emails have begun landing in backer inboxes and packages won't be far behind!
US/UK/CAN backers should be receiving those shipping notification emails over the next week or two.
EU/AUS/NZ/Other regions your stock is either in the preprocessing stage at your local warehouse or just about to arrive at warehouses. Freight has been moving a little slower than usual so we all appreciate your continued patience!
This is the final stretch! The warehouses will work to fill these as quickly as possible so keep an eye on your email inbox for a shipping notification.
We'll release another update with a more detailed timeline once we have one.

Small Second September Update
Hello Strategists!
We put out an update earlier this month but I wanted to give a quick End of September update on shipping.
After a port and container backlog gave us difficulty getting the products on boats the factory shipments of all the accessories are now officially all on the water and on their way to our shipping hubs!
All of our shipping partners have your shipping data already and should be reaching out via email for final address confirmation and then to send tracking information in the next few weeks.
We appreciate your patience as we worked with our factory and shipping partners to get these accessories to your door and look forward to you all getting to use them at your tables.
We'll be keeping an eye on our various shipping queues to make sure everything is going smoothly and I'll continue to give status updates as needed.

August/September Update
Hello Strategists!
Apologies for the lack of an August update- I typed one up and accidentally left it as a draft.
Thankfully it isn't much and the info is still pertinent so we're wrapping it into today's update!
Shipping Timeline
As previously discussed in our July update our shipping schedule has changed, initially we were aiming for an end of August ship date but due to port delays and typhoons in China when shipping when the cargo set sail they are not in the US just yet. They're currently on course to arrive this month and for us to begin shipping in early October which will only put us 6 weeks behind our intended fulfillment timeline.
Addresses
We're sending out the notification that addresses will be locked in 48 hours! When we learned about the delays we left the surveys and address changes open but now that the shipping is approaching we're locking in addresses.
Card Errors/Declined Cards
We will be re-attempting to charge cards that declined or errored one more time just after we close addresses so there is still time to update your payment data and receive your pledge during fulfillment. If your card is declined again when we charge in 48 hours then you will need to email us individually for assistance with payments and fulfillment.

Shipping Timeline Update
Attention Strategists!
It’s the last week of July! Next week is Gen Con which means that most of the Renegade crew is heads down preparing for the Best Four Days in Gaming and we wanted to get this update out before we all go to Indianapolis.
An unfortunate note to begin our missive, while we’ve been on track with production, due to ongoing geopolitical impacts on global shipping and other factors outside of our control, fulfillment of these campaigns is now expected to begin in October.
While we understand it’s not ideal, we appreciate your patience and understanding about this change. As always, if we get any news about early arrivals or further delays we will let you know as soon as we can.
The good news about this is that if you’ve been having trouble updating your card or need to change your address you still have time! We’ve reopened survey editing so if you’ve been previously having trouble you should be good to edit it now.
If you have any urgent questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to leave them in the comments here! Our inbox has been very busy so it’s taking us longer to reply to emails.

Final Pledge Manager Call
Hello Strategists!
Summer is here and we're busy bees over here at Renegade!
We recently had our June Renegade Con, and we're prepping for THREE cons in July- so if you're planning on going to Scape Con in Indianapolis or LitRPG Con in Denver we'll be there!
We'll also (of course) be at Gen Con! Join us for the Greatest Four Days in Gaming and check out everything we'll have on the floor with us! Unfortunately we won't have any of your accessories ready by then, however we ARE still on track to deliver everything to you starting in August!
And since we're starting shipping in August...
Reminder to check your survey and fill it out if it isn't done!

Pledge Manager is Still Open!
Good Day Strategists!
Apologies for the long silence between updates. Over here at Renegade we've been very busy (maybe you saw our Dungeon Crawler Carl campaign?) so we've been stretched pretty thin.
However like any good strategists we're hitting the ground running and getting back into the swing of things! If you've reached out via email expect a reply email soon.
The pledge manager will remain open until the end of this month to allow for Pay Over Time Backers to access it and fulfill their surveys.
Please check that you have filled out your Pledge Manager survey by clicking here!
Besides the update about the pledge manager it's pretty quiet! Manufacturing and production are underway and still slated for August of 2026 so your games and accessories will still arrive when you expect them to.

Hello, is there an E-mail i can contact about a possible refund? I still genuinely want these products but financial troubles have forced me to refund several projects i had money in. I'll definitely buy these products off the shelves, especially the Task Force pieces and the Dice Box. I love the Hit Dice too :) but yes, is there an email where i can contact someone?
