We have some great news. Things have gone so well, we are about to start fulfillment! Yes... that means we're starting earlier than the forecasted May timeframe!
If you have any address changes, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your new address. You can check your current address in the survey on your BackerKit survey page.

IMPORTANT: If you do need to update your address please completethis form and we'll get it sorted out. Please note that depending on fulfillment timing in each region and when we receive the request we can’t guarantee an address change will be successful. We will pass those updates as soon as possible however.
Fulfillment Timing
Asia/VFI - Packing of the orders is complete and orders will start to leave any day. For mainland orders these will arrive shortly after shipping starts. For other regions, travel times will vary depending on freight timing. You can check this VFI Status page to see estimated arrival times.
AU/Aetherworks - Items will arrive at our fulfillment warehouse in late March. You will receive an address verification email from [email protected] around the 17th of March to verify that your address is still correct. Fulfillment will likely begin late March or early April. If you have any issues with your order when you receive it you can contact [email protected]
US/Mountain Coast Logistics - Items will arrive at our fulfillment warehouse in late March. Fulfillment will likely begin in early April. If you have any issues with your order please contact us by sending an email to [email protected].
CA/Boardgamebliss - Items will arrive at our fulfillment warehouse very late in March. Fulfillment will likely begin early to mid April. An address verification email will be coming from [email protected] to verify that your address is correct on or around March 25th. If you have any issues with your order when you receive it you can contact [email protected] as well to resolve that issue.
UK-EU/Zatu - Items will arrive at our fulfillment warehouse in mid to late April. Fulfillment will likely begin in late April or early May. Address verification emails will be sent on April 7th 2026 from [email protected] You can verify that they have your correct address before shipping. If you have any issues with your order when you receive it you can also contact the same email address to resolve.
Orders will be in your hands very soon and we can’t wait to receive our stuff along with the rest of you! Please note that the dates above are estimates and can shift depending on freight timing. We will be locking down addresses on Tuesday, January 13th. When we do, you should receive an email from BackerKit that your address will be locked in 48 hours. Until then, you can still go into your survey and update your address. If you need to, please do it now, as any further delay might impair your ability to get your game in a timely manner.

This was the last sampling hurdle we had to leap.
The pledge manager is still open - but we'll be closing it soon. All pledge manager surveys have been sent out, and backers who selected Pay Over Time will see that all funds collected have been applied to their survey, even if some payments failed. We will lock orders November 6th and charge balances on cards November 7th. Please check your email for messages from BackerKit ([email protected]) for your survey. This is your last chance to update your pledges to make sure you get all the goodies you want in the campaign.
BackerKit surveys are coming! This is where you’ll finalize your pledge and pay for shipping.
Soon, (maybe already) you’ll receive an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. We started with a "smoke test", which is a small batch of "test backers" to make sure there are no kinks in the system. Assuming that goes smoothly, we'll send out the rest of the surveys shortly.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. This is where you can change to a different pledge level, select additional add-ons, provide your shipping address, and finalize payment.
After you complete your survey, you can go back later and change your responses before we close the pledge manager. We plan to close surveys by October 8th!
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://unmatched-storage-and-accessories.backerkit.com/ When you recover your survey this way, be sure to click all the way through to the final order confirmation screen or your survey will be marked as incomplete.
It will take a few days for all surveys to send out, as email systems have to meter their sending to avoid being considered spam. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders, and if your survey goes to spam, be sure to mark it as safe or not spam.
If you used the Crowdfunding Pay Over Time option, you may have received your survey in the smoke test, though you were not supposed to. We are working with BackerKit to make sure that Pay Over Time surveys for remaining backers go out after you have finished the installments.
Fun fact! So far backers have pledged for over 38,000 individual Hero Stands! How many will it be after the pledge manager…?
And yes, you will be able to purchase additional campaign promo packs as an add-on in the pledge manager!
What a campaign! It's exceeded our expectations and we're so excited to get all these goodies to you. But first...

What's next? Work is just starting for us. We're refining the Hero Stand design (we'll keep you posted on progress), prepping art files for the printer, and sorting out the pledge manager.
We will be offering late pledges, so if you somehow missed out, you'll still have one more chance to jump in. Meanwhile - here's a draft of our schedule for the next months. As you'll see, cards are being charged now (based on your pledge type.) This process can take a few days to complete for all backers. Importantly - if you hit snags with your payment processing - please contact BACKERKIT HELP. We do not have direct access to your payment method etc.
