♪♫ Weekly update. Last week before the deadline ♪♫
Hello dear space blobs! This week will be (should be) the last before I'm sending everything into production~ We're getting very close to the finish!! I'm super thrilled and excited! This week will try hard to finish all :)
Pages update
4 pages rendered
6 pages cleaned up
Address lock
Sometime around this week I will lock the addresses for your orders. If you think your address might change by the end of November (or have changed already) - please reach me by email: [email protected] and we'll sort this out~
Hello friends~ This week was a bit hectic as my sister came to visit, but I managed to do some progress still. Next couple weeks will be final and I don't have anything planned so should be hyperfocused to finish things up! :)
Pages
3 pages rendered
2 pages finalized (from the adapted ones)
Polaroids
I have reworked the first polaroid because I've developed a certain style throughout these months for Grace and I the first one that I did very long ago didn't seem to be aligned with it. Here's the update!
And that being said, all 3 polaroids are going into printing now
See you in the next update! We're getting so close now!!
Hello dear friends! We're getting very close to the finishing line! This week progress:
3 pages rendered
2 pages cleaned up
4 pages adapted from old comics, 2 of them rendered
4 pages of old comics reworked into 6 pages to complete the new sequence.
Great news of the week
ALL pages are now either sketched or rendered! There will be no more pages added, unless I find it absolutely necessary when reviewing the result.
The story is complete (although of course it is only some bits of the book, but I still tried to tie them up somehow to each other) and now all the work left for me is to render the remaining pages by the end of October :) Amaze!
Other smol updates
I'm expecting to receive the bookmarks very soon and will show you the final result
I will be opening preorders of the book on my Etsy shop around next week
thank you so much for staying with me all the way through this very long road! We're getting there~
Hello dear space blobs! This week was really productive and I plan to keep up like this so I can meet the deadline in the end of this month :) Let's gooooo
4 pages cleaned up
2 pages rendered
2 pages reworked from previous comics + rendered
4 pages reworked and cleaned up
It really feels like I just did an update and now I'm doing it again :D Time flies when you're into a project! See you in the next update~
hello dear friends, this week progress was slowed down by the covid (how is it still a thing?!) that knocked my out for 3 days, but I'm back on track since Friday!! And here's my update
Pages
2 pages rendered
4 pages cleaned
2 pages erased and 2 other pages added instead (trust the process :D)
Voting for a cover
I've had a different idea for the cover that I wanted to explore, so I made a quick sketch. It but I also feel that original one maybe fits the comic book better, because the story we cover is mostly about Rocky and Grace interactions. Although Ms. Stratt is mentioned and appears in couple pages, she isn't the focus sadly! (I know, but I couldn't possible fit entire book in this project)
Nevertheless second cover is quite unusual too and might also be a good option!
So please vote below which cover you prefer (keep in mind that these are sketches rn)
The one that wasn't chose will probably be made into a poster later^^
