Playtest Materials, Surveys Soon, Codex Module!
Hello Backers!
Today, we're sending out the playtest packet for It's Complicated! This includes the complications in an unformatted PDF! These were the pre-edited versions, so any typos have been buffed out in the final PDF! Read to your heart's content!
Also this week, you should also be getting the surveys for the final distribution! If you backed at higher tiers, you also get special credits!
This has been slow-going, but the project is wrapping up shortly! Obviously, this is my first project using BackerKit, and I'm learning A LOT about both game design and distribution! I want to thank you ALL for your patience as I figure this all out!
Also included in EVERY purchase will be a Codex module completely free! It's already mostly implemented, and we're in the testing phase as we speak!
We're just putting the finishing touches on the PDF in the next couple weeks, (mostly getting those extra credits in and a couple of typos) then sending it out by the end of this month! I know this has been a long process, but it will be worth it!

Final PDF Coming Soon! And

Just wanted to give a long overdue update! The PDF is nearing completion! We're just putting the finishing touches on the PDF and then releasing it at some point during this month.
Also, I can say that a Codex module is in the works, and all backers will receive a code for it FREE! That will be a tad bit later than the final PDF, however.
Thanks for your patience! I'm excited to share this project with all of you very soon!

We Funded!
Wow! We've done it! It's Complicated is FUNDED!
I want to thank every backer for helping us get this across the finish line! This project has been a long time coming! I really love complications in Draw Steel!
But NOW, the real work begins! I already have a bunch more of the complications ready for testing, but we need more! I'll be reaching out to designers in the space for their complications! After that, we go to testing and layout and reach out to artists to bring these rules to LIFE in beautiful art!
Thank you all again for your support! It feels great knowing there's such a great community helping these projects get made! It's genuinely inspiring!
