Alright first of all, thank you guys for bearing with me through all this!

I would like to get this launched this month (July) so I can cover whatever I can't pay for from cons for these to get into production!

Golden Gryphon Keychain Plush
This is modified slightly bc the wings were too detailed, so one color was removed. Sample is actually in route to me atm.

I had made these mockups for enamel pins for a different project that I never launched because I was forever waiting on the Kitsune plush to be corrected (one day..) - sizes subject to change since I think I really want the height on the small gryphons to be more like 1 inch vs 1.5 but I haven't actually discussed it with my manufacturer yet knowing it has a lot of wing detail.

I never got the hair claw designed, but I did have pins ready. If you recall, these were also stickers.

I don't know how gradient works beyond it being printed and I have a feeling if we make a white snowy gryphon, the very light violet color I used would be difficult to match. I don't remember if I even had a Pantone for it. That being said I can ask my manufacturer questions if people would like other colored gryphons and plan around that.

Having samples existing in a form that you just change the color makes it substantially easier to work with. I do know a custom fluff (chest) color is $1500 because of the Frankencorgi project.

But you can see in these photos it was like a minty color before when it was supposed to match the stickers and pins from 2022 with the correct green.

Anyways, I'd love to hear thoughts if I should bother with pins or adding in stretch goals for other color Gryphons. Obviously I will be playing it way more safe with these projects going forward. I can't afford to cover a $20k project that raises $5k again, especially since my Piles of Plush project originally needed $50k to produce everything and I raised $10k (after failed/fake pledges). My business credit card is maxed out with plush from the last 3 projects (the Toby keychains, the Frankencorgi keychains & large Frankencorgi plush) and I am working on paying that off as well (so I can max it out again bwah ha ha jk).

I do actually need to raise the proper funding for this either way and I will be talking to banks about proper business loans. BoA (my current bank) needs me to be making $100k a year to get a business loan and I absolutely do not make anywhere near that lol.
