As you’ve seen, Victor was unlocked as a plush option and I have been cooking up ideas for a final stretch goal or two. I have decided that I want to do something new which I think would be fun to include in everyone’s orders/ as an add-on in the surveys if anyone wants more than 1. Below is the art I’ve made for a hinged enamel pin of Strahd which will unlock at $5,500. :)
If we reach the goal, everyone gets one with their order regardless of pledge type as a thanks for all of your support for this project. And if we don't reach that goal, we still have all our plush options and the goodies! If anyone has anymore NPCs they want to see as keychain/sticker options don't hesitate to let me know. And just as a reminder, my collab with Arcanepursuit is still going on so check out their project as well!

I took a few days to get all of my information together for you, for one big update, instead of a bunch of little ones haha.
Just a quick check-in with you all, so you know where we are with the production process:
Currently, most everyone has been charged for their plushies, and funds have been collected.
Though, there are a few declined transactions, so please double-check your payment methods if you haven't received a charge yet! These will need to be resolved before surveys are finalized so I can include your plushie in the production order. If the payment is still unresolved when surveys are finalized, the pledge will not be included in the production quantity!

The big Sheppy is in round 2 revisions, so updates coming soon!
I estimate getting the sample of big Sheppy before mid-October, so domestic and international shipping costs will be calculated when I get him and get the final weight/package dimensions settled.
Since there aren't additional samples to do, and Sheppy is pretty much finished with revisions, this process will move pretty quickly. So, I am anticipating having surveys ready by the end of October!
Once surveys are collected---> I get my final count and the plushies move into production! 🎉🎉🎉

Regarding the Stickers + Keychains:
Community vote sticker designs are also in the works! I will be posting the official poll for the designs once finished, and the winner will be the sticker that ALL backers receive :)

For my Keychain Add -ons/Pledgers- For those of you who added a keychain to your pledge, or selected a keychain pledge tier, the production orders will be placed when the survey is finalized! I may add Wishkeeper Unicorn as a second keychain design option as well. Stay tuned!

As in the title, it’s mail time, folks! Packages will be shipping out soon! As soon as everyone pays their shipping dues! Hey, that rhymes. But soon I’ll be charging cards for shipping! I am very excited to send these guys out to all of you. But oddly kinda emotional with the idea of these little guys heading off! I just hope they all go to good homes!
With that said, I did make safety cards for every plush, and when shipping plushies off, I might package their extra parts in a separate bag. But I will let you guys know if I end up doing this. Also, I will be keeping my promise that those who backed within the first 24 hours will be getting a free die-cut sticker of the plush they ordered. And yes, they are holo!
Other than that, since I’m one person with a day job, my plan will be to ship out around 12-20 packages a week. With this timeline, all packages will be shipped out by October. Of course, this isn’t 100% reliable, since there should be weeks where I can get more packages done and out.
But overall I’m happy to have made it to this point, with very few issues, and I’m happy you all followed along. I’m super excited and nervous about the next step, but I think I’ll be okay.

At the time of this update, I am just past the 50% fulfillment mark.
I am having to temporarily pause fulfillment of orders containing Parker while I wait for the remaining plush to arrive, which is estimated to be around September 20th or so. Orders that do NOT contain Parker will continue to be processed as normal. I have roughly 35 orders to process in that segment.
In the previous campaign update, I had requested those who backed for Parker to fill out a survey letting me know if they were okay with receiving a special Parker. 128 backers filled the survey out, and the majority picked Option 1. I just want to let folks who selected option 1 know that I will be processing the store credit sometime in the next couple weeks. For backers who selected option 2, I have made the arrangements to your pledge rewards and processed your pledge as normal. For backers who selected for option 3, I have done my best to pick out perfect Parkers, and anyone further who I was unable to fulfill I have placed 'on hold' temporarily while I work to process the rest of what I can now. Once I get everything in motion, I will remove the hold and process your orders without Parker.
I know this is confusing, and I apologize for it. Here is the current situation for backers who are confused. Parker had a bit of a stanky leg situation resulting in hand-sewn repairs for his legs. The repairs still have some visible blemishes (in addition to some very large heads, or other quirks), and I have made the judgment call to set them aside and not ship them to backers. Steven has submitted a new production batch of Parker plush that will ship with another future order. I also have around 115 Parker's that were pending dispatch (they were also being repaired) and are on their way to me now alongside some straggler stock of Porter, Strawberry, and a handful of costumes. I am hopeful the stock that's on the way will be satisfactory for backers, but should they arrive and I feel they are a tad too scrambled for my comfort (I never want anyone to receive a plush and be upset with the quality!) I will need to process all remaining pledges and ship Parker separately once the new batch arrives, which is estimated to be around 3-4 months from now).
The good news is.. A lot of you have supported multiple campaigns since this one took place, and I feel relatively confident that I can easily pop a Parker into an existing order throughout the campaigns I've ran this year. I will handle and take care of all arrangements for any orders that require this. There is no action needed on your part aside from just your patience. If you have backed a Parker and receive your pledge without him in it, just know that I have already arranged for him to ship in a future order you have open with me! :)

After a long time now my items are finally here and the bag is huge and has a great Quality. I think one sticker is missing but thats ok after that long time and a long period where i have thought that i will never receive anything. The quality of the pins are nice too.
A new creature joined the lineup this weekend! Meet the hundun, primordial agent of chaos and absolute cutie. I'm very excited to start sampling this fella and optimistic he'll be one of the quicker ones since he's just a fuzzy bean with legs lol (watch me eat these words later 😬)
That means in total we've now unlocked 9 whole monsters!! Remember each one will have a 20" and 10" plush version and post-campaign surveys will remain open and editable until all designs have been fully prototyped and finalized. You won't be locked in to purchasing a plush you don't like!
It ALSO means that its time to vote on our next unlock! I love them all and its very hard not to make the whole gang immediately available, but I'm trying to be responsible!! 😭

We wanted to make a quick new fulfillment check-in, because somehow it has already been around two months since the last one (honestly, again longer than we meant it to be). Time has been moving strangely fast while we’ve been deep in packing, sorting, replying, checking orders, preparing batches, and sending parcels out.
In fact, packing and shipping have been continuing well throughout these two months.
Since the last check-in, we have started and completed more fulfillment segments, preparing and sending out many more parcels, and continued moving through both US and non-US orders.
We don’t usually manage to pause and write/post an update right after each batch, even though we really do want to get better at that. Sometimes we realize only afterwards that a lot has happened behind the scenes and we haven’t shown enough of it publicly yet ʕ„TᆺT „ʔ ﾟ
📮We are at a good point now, and if things keep moving at this rhythm, our very rough estimate is to have fulfillment completed by the end of September/early October. Of course this is still a rough estimate and not a fixed promise, but that is what we are currently hoping/working toward. Fingers crossed 🤞
✉️We are also doing our best to keep up with the messages and emails coming in. There are a lot of them, and we are not always able to reply as quickly as we would like, but we are reading them and working through them as best as we can. ʕ„>ω< „ʔ ﾟ｡
