Project Update: 👑 Downloading Your Digital Rewards 👑
Hi everyone,
Let the jubilations commence – your royal downloads are now available!
Please note:
- The website is may be busy for the next couple of hours due to the increase in traffic with backers claiming their digital rewards. If you are finding that the website seems slow, or is not loading a page for you, we would recommend coming back and trying again a little later.
- If you have backed this project as a gift for someone else, we would recommend sending them the coupon codes and the instructions, as all digital downloads are watermarked with the name and email address of the user redeeming the coupon. These watermarks appear in the top margin of each page, and are unobtrusive.
How to download your digital rewards:
- On the Roll & Play Press website, add the BackerKit: Pledge Ticket to your Basket (via this link, https://rollandplaypress.com/product/backerkit-pledge-ticket/)
- Go to your Basket.
- One at a time, enter the unique coupon codes sent to you via BackerKit. Make sure you add these to the Coupon field, do not add them to the Gift Card field as they will not work.
- After you have added all of your coupon codes, click Proceed to Checkout.
- Add your details to create your Roll & Play Press account (where you can download your products) and click Place Order.
- Once you place your order, links to your new digital downloads will appear on your screen. These links will also be attached to your order confirmation email. Clicking these links will download products to your device.
- You can also access your digital downloads any time from the Downloads panel in the My Account section of our website.

Sound the trumpets and ring the bells - this campaign is now OFFICIALLY fully funded!
What Happens Next?
BackerKit will soon begin charging your cards and processing your pledges. If your card is declined, you will have a window in which to fix the payment method before they make a second attempt; however, this will unfortunately delay access to your rewards.
Mid next week, we will begin sending out the pledge managers – we'll share another update when this happens. If you want immediate access to your rewards as soon as they are available (see below), please ensure you complete your pledge manager on the day they are sent out. This will allow us to gather your email address and some other key info needed to process your rewards. You’ll also have the opportunity to add extra rewards to your pledge, if you would like to.
As this project is 100% digital, you will receive coupon codes for each of your rewards that can be redeemed on our website, www.rollandplaypress.com. We are aiming to send out the coupon codes on Friday 24th June – backers who complete their pledge manager after this date may have to wait 1-3 working days to receive their codes.
