For those curious, here's a quick update on our progress with fulfilment and the final stages of this campaign.
Redeeming rewards
We're happy to report that almost all backers have now completed their pledge manager through BackerKit and have been able to download their rewards via our website. If you haven’t yet completed your survey, we'd encourage you to do so as soon as possible! If you have not yet received a link to your pledge manager or would like a replacement link, then please email us at [email protected], and we'd be happy to help you.
Project fulfilled
As the vast majority of backers have downloaded their rewards without issue, we are pleased to announce this project as officially fulfilled! We'd like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who supported this project. The team are constantly grateful that your support enables us to bring our wild ideas about joy-draining jesters and hippogriff-summoning thrones into reality!

By now, you should have received an email from BackerKit with a list of unique coupon codes (please check your Junk email as well). These codes will allow you to download your rewards through our website. The instructions on how to claim your items are included in the link sent to you by BackerKit, but I have also listed them below for your reference.
Please note:
The website is may be busy for the next couple of hours due to the increase in traffic with backers claiming their digital rewards. If you are finding that the website seems slow, or is not loading a page for you, we would recommend coming back and trying again a little later.
If you have backed this project as a gift for someone else, we would recommend sending them the coupon codes and the instructions, as all digital downloads are watermarked with the name and email address of the user redeeming the coupon. These watermarks appear in the top margin of each page, and are unobtrusive.
How to download your digital rewards:
I have put together a tutorial video that guides you through our standard process for downloading digital rewards. Step-by-step screenshots are included for assistance in the picture gallery on the BackerKit: Pledge Ticket page on our website, there are also written instructions below.
One at a time, enter the unique coupon codes sent to you via BackerKit. Make sure you add these to the Coupon field, do not add them to the Gift Card field as they will not work.
After you have added all of your coupon codes, click Proceed to Checkout.
Add your details to create your Roll & Play Press account (where you can download your products) and click Place Order.
Once you place your order, links to your new digital downloads will appear on your screen. These links will also be attached to your order confirmation email. Clicking these links will download products to your device.
You can also access your digital downloads any time from the Downloads panel in the My Account section of our website.
If you have any issues redeeming your rewards, please get in touch with us at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you would like us to delete your Roll & Play Press account once you have finished downloading your digital rewards, drop us a message, and we can do that for you – please note, you will not be able to download extra copies of your digital rewards in the future if your account has been deleted.

Our pledge manager has been finalised, and is being sent to ALL backers in batches as we speak. This delivery process will continue to run automatically over the next few hours, so everyone should receive their pledge manager link by Thursday evening (BST). So, keep your eyes peeled for an email from BackerKit in your Inbox (and Junk folders, just in case).
Completing Your Pledge Manager
The pledge manager should only take around 3 minutes to complete!
When you open your pledge manager, please check that your name, location and pledge level are all correct. If everything looks good, go ahead and click the 'Get Started' button. If something doesn't look right, please click on the 'Need Help?' button and BackerKit support will be able to advise you or resolve the issue.
Once your pledge manager is completed, your pledge will be ready to be fulfilled. We will send you the coupon codes you need to redeem your rewards from our website (and charge your card for any outstanding balances) on Friday 24th June 16:00BST. Backers who complete their pledge manager after this date may have to wait 1-3 working days to receive their codes.
Upgrading Your Pledge
If you would like to upgrade your pledge to a higher level, click the 'Switch Your Pledge Level' button after opening your pledge manager (as shown below). This will take you to a page where you can change your pledge level and will make sure that your pledge manager is set up with the relevant questions for that level.
If you do not receive a link to your pledge manager by Thursday 23rd June 17:00BST, then please email [email protected], and we will investigate this for you.

Thank you so much for supporting this project! We had lots of fun putting together these digital rewards for you. It’s exciting to think that more than 200 people could be running a session featuring the Gigglesnatcher in the near future!
Although this is Roll & Play Press’s fifth successful crowdfunding campaign, it was our first on BackerKit’s new crowdfunding platform. What Happens Next?
The creative work on our rewards is complete, so there are just a few admin jobs to get through before we can deliver your royal treasures! Here's a quick overview of the next stages of project fulfilment:
Charging Cards BackerKit will soon begin charging your cards and processing your pledges. If your card is declined, you will have a window in which to fix the payment method before they make a second attempt; however, this will unfortunately delay access to your rewards.
Pledge Manager Mid next week, we will begin sending out the pledge managers – we'll share another update when this happens. If you want immediate access to your rewards as soon as they are available (see below), please ensure you complete your pledge manager on the day they are sent out. This will allow us to gather your email address and some other key info needed to process your rewards. You’ll also have the opportunity to add extra rewards to your pledge, if you would like to.
Accessing Your Rewards As this project is 100% digital, you will receive coupon codes for each of your rewards that can be redeemed on our website, www.rollandplaypress.com. We are aiming to send out the coupon codes on Friday 24th June – backers who complete their pledge manager after this date may have to wait 1-3 working days to receive their codes.
We will post another update next week to let you know when the pledge managers have been sent out, and another when the rewards are available for download.
