Project Update: Update #19 – Fulfillment Complete and Project Closing!
Hey Feather Fanatics,
We’ve reached one of our favorite moments in any project—the one where we officially announce: fulfillment is complete! 🎉
With that, we’re proud to say this campaign is now successfully fulfilled and coming to a close.

This has been an incredible journey. We’re so proud of the games we created, and even more grateful for all of you, our backers, who believed in this project from the very beginning all the way through to the moment your games arrived at your door.
This project certainly had its share of challenges, including the 2025 tariff situation that effectively halted games printed in China. Through it all, our team, and this amazing community, stayed patient, supportive, and committed. That made all the difference in getting us across the finish line together.

It’s been truly special bringing four different Bird games to life with you. We hope they bring you and your fellow players hours of fun, laughter, and time together around the table.
With this update, we are officially closing out the project. This means we will no longer be posting regular updates or actively monitoring comments here—but we’re still here to help if you need us.

Project Update: Update #18 – Fulfillment Progress Update: Most Regions Complete!

We’ve got some exciting news; fulfillment is now complete in most regions! 🎉
Over the past few weeks, games have been arriving at doorsteps around the world, and it’s been incredible to see everything finally take flight after such a long journey.
Current Fulfillment Status
- USA – ✅ Fulfillment complete
- Canada – Games being prepared. Estimated Fulfillment April 2026
- UK – ✅ Fulfillment complete
- Australia – ✅ Fulfillment complete
- China – ✅ Fulfillment complete
- EU – Games being prepared. Estimated Fulfillment April 2026
- SE Asia & South Africa – ✅ Fulfillment complete Please allow 6–8 weeks for hub shipping.

What to Expect Next

We’re excited to announce that US and Australia fulfillment will begin this month, with all other regions following close behind shortly after.
The ships carrying the Bird games are steadily arriving at ports around the world, and our fulfillment partners are preparing to start sending games out to backers. Below is the current fulfillment schedule by region.
Regional Fulfillment Schedule:
- USA – Games in transit. Fulfillment begins March 2026.
- Canada – Games in transit. Fulfillment begins April 2026.
- UK – Games in transit. Fulfillment begins April 2026.
- Australia – Games have arrived at the warehouse. Fulfillment begins March 2026.

Project Update: Update #16 – Happy Chinese New Year!

First and foremost, we’d like to wish everyone a wonderful and prosperous Year of the Fire Horse! 🐎
For those unfamiliar with this important holiday, Chinese New Year, is a major celebration marking the start of the Lunar New Year. This year, it takes place from February 17th to March 3rd. Shipping Update
While most board game production pauses during this season, we’re happy to report that Birds games will not be affected...because they’re already en route across the ocean!
Freight shipments are currently making their way to fulfillment centers around the world. We expect them to begin arriving at their ports of call next month, and we’ll share a more detailed fulfillment timeline with you in our next update.
