TL;DR:

About 70% of US and Canada Backers still to fulfil. Otherwise, all Backers should have their packages.

What a busy month since the last update. Books & packages have been flying around the world making their way to your addresses, and as I write this update the end of the fulfilment period is looming on the glowing horizon.

Most locations should already have your packages, except for around 3/4s of the Backers in the American continents. These are in process and will arrive very soon.

Here’s the current timeline:

Address locking went smoothly, and fulfilment has already begun. Our warehouse partners ended up having both Royal Blood and Voidheart Symphony to fulfil at the same time, and they had a few staff out of action attending the GAMA convention, so Voidheart orders progressed incrementally until this week.

As I write approximately 30% of the orders have been sent out already and the rest are in process. We’re confident that all the parcels will have left the warehouse by Wednesday 18th March, including all of the Canadian parcels.

We’ve also made all the previously shared digital rewards from the campaign available there, as well as in your BackerKit. If you want to add these resources to your RRD webstore downloads you can send your Backer ID number and your RRD website email address to Jim in the Customer Service mines ([email protected]) and he’ll sort out linking those across for you.

Due to our shipping timelines on the 2 projects, and different processes between the 2 projects, there are 2 EU backers who should have received split shipments of Voidheart Items and Royal Blood items. The first of these packages left this week, with the final Royal Blood items scheduled to be sent out next week

Otherwise, everyone else should have received their add-ons with Voidheart bundles

As we move forwards and fulfilment ends we will go through and pick up any Backers who finalised Surveys after orders and addresses locked or had Card payments declined. We will progress and fulfil these orders at the end of each week until 31st March 2026. 

After 31st March 2026, we will close the BackerKit project. This means that Backers are no longer able to fill out Surveys or amend orders without contacting RRD directly. If you find yourself in this situation please email us ([email protected] ) 

Once the campaign has closed we cannot guarantee the availability of all the items that may have been attached to your original Pledge. Items that are made uniquely for the crowdfunder are often in limited supply and post-campaign stocks are time-limited, even the Core Books may go out of stock after a year or more. We will always try to fulfil as much of your original pledge as possible.
