There are is still a few handful of people who either haven't fixed their cards or never finished the survey. If you submit your order within at most by the end of the month, your order will be shipped with all requested items. Anytime later you may either miss out on some items, or your order will be considered a donation as per my policy as it is past the allotted timeframe.
