I’m so sorry I’m posting this here instead of messaging you directly, but I cannot find a button to do so! Anyway, I think your Backerkit has a mistake somewhere because my survey is trying to charge me $22 for the $7 digital reward tier!

Project Update: More Surveys
We jumped the gun on the surveys- so we’ll be resending them again this week. Sorry. What happened is we had the digital rewards ready, and just wanted to give them to you as soon as possible, so we sent out the surveys, erroneously thinking our Kickstarter experience was a benefit-- but we have since learned that the Backerkit Pledge Manager is a very different animal and things got handled incorrectly. So we have to send them again. Rush a thing and it takes twice as long. Lesson learned. Our mistake, and we sincerely apologize. To say sorry, EVERYONE will receive a Digital Wallpaper of the Comictopia Freebie.
