Shipping Status
I've received confirmation from QML that the reprints of the Zine have arrived safely at their warehouse. That means that both warehouses have received all the items for this campaign!
What Happens Next?
Tuesday Knight Games and their shipping partners will be taking over fulfillment for this project and all other MM25 projects and will ensure that your orders arrive at your door. I really can't wait for everyone to get their hands on the physical copies.
I'll still make small updates here and there as I receive more concrete information as to when this will happen, otherwise that is wrap on The Company's New Groove.
Is This The End?.....
If you missed out on backing the project, not to worry as copies of the Zine and Cocktail Menu Trifold will be available on the TKG store front as well as on a future site (probably on Itch and/or DrivethruRPG) where I'll sell digital copies and extra physical copies I have of the various items. This will only happen when fulfillment is underway, as I want to make sure that my backers are the first to get their hands on this Zine before anyone else gets the chance to.
I want to thank all of you for your support on this project and helping to bring it to life. This whole thing was completely new for Hummelgrafik and me, we learnt so much over this last year working on it and we're incredibly proud of what we managed to create.

Zine Printing
Two weeks ago I received my copies from the final print, unfortunately there was a printing error with the cover... That was an unbelievably stressful half a week, trying to figure out what could be done but thankfully my printer figured out what went wrong, reprinted and reshipped all copies of the Zine at no extra cost!
Here you can see what I received compared to the test print.
Shipping Status
Navigating international customs and shipping has been certainly something, but it was at the very least a learning experience. I'm shipping my items to two warehouses, PTS in France and QML in USA. This is what the current status of everything is:
PTS (UK & Europe) - They have received and confirmed all my items have arrived!
QML (America & RotW) - The Company's New Groove Zine (In transit) - The Drunken Monkey Cocktail Menu Trifold (Arrived but not confirmed) - Dance till You're Dead Patch (Arrived but not confirmed) - The Drunken Monkey Patch (Arrived but not confirmed) - The Drunken Monkey T-Shirts (Arrived but not confirmed)
I've sent these warehouses an extra 10% stock on top of what was ordered so if, later, when you receive your items and something is damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Based on how things are running, I reckon next month will be the final major update from us as Tuesday Knight Games will be taking over the fulfillment process and making sure you guys get all the cool MM25 stuff you backed!
Cocktail Menu Digital Release & Small Printing Update

Wasn't expecting to make another update so soon but I've got great news to share!
Cocktail Menu Digital Release
The Cocktail Menu is now available digitally for backers! Check your digital downloads link from the Mothership Month 2025 email you got last month and it should be there.
(EDIT: It will be a separate download to the folder that you received last month, the cocktail menu is available to backers who purchased it as an add-on or got the All In Tier.)
Kat and I had a blast making this and spent way too much money on spirits, liqueurs, mixers, syrups and juices that it's going to take a long time to drink our way through..... (oh no)
We hope you enjoy making a mocktail or a cocktail for your table next time you visit The Drunken Monkey.
Cocktail Menu Test Print
The Test Print arrived a lot earlier than expected and it looks and feels great. We ended up going for a slightly thicker card stock than a standard Mothership Trifold to give the menu a bit more heft as well as making some final layout changes after seeing it in person.
This means that I'll be giving the printer the go ahead and printing should start this week on the Trifold!
Printing Update
Here is the current status on all Physical Items for the Project: Module - Printing has already started. T-Shirt - Production has already started. Patches - Production has already started. Cocktail Menu Trifold - I'll be contacting the Printer to get printing started.

Digital Release - Zine
The Company's New Groove came out for backers last week!!!! This is such a huge milestone to cross and I hope that you'll enjoy it. Check your emails to find a link to your digital files, it'll be from Mothership Month 2025.
I would love to hear what happens when you run it and how your table experiences the module. I also would be really interested to hear what you use for 'The Song' in the end, it would be really cool to throw together a Spotify playlist of everyone's main song.
Cocktail Menu
I'm currently waiting on a test print of the Trifold to arrive which should be mid next week. As long as there are no issues with it then I'll be releasing the digital files through TKG shortly afterwards. So keep an eye out for that!
Printing
Here is the current status on all Physical Items for the Project: Module - Printing already started. T-Shirt - Production already started. Patches - Waiting on some last logistics information, expecting production to start either this week or next. Cocktail Menu Trifold - Test Print will arrive next week and then I will start the printing process as long as there are no issues.

Everything is finished for the digital release and has been handed over to TKG. They will be sending the files out next week to everyone who backed during the Backerkit campaign back in November. Anyone who bought the Module as part of the Megapledge Mananger Store will receive their digital files when the store itself closes. TKG will be making an announcement when exactly the store will close soonish.
I really can't wait for you all to get your hands on the module. I've been super antsy this week trying to figure out when exactly it would release, so thankfully it's not too much longer of a wait!
Cocktail Menu
It's currently with Hummelgrafik in Layout. In the end there will be 4 Mocktails and 16 Cocktails with a mix of classic drinks and hopefully some weird ones you'll get a kick out of trying! Each drink has its own in-universe name and description as well as a recipe on how to make it. I designed the recipes to read like a Mothership Stat Block to really tie everything together.
Printing
I'm going to get the ball rolling next week on manufacturing the book, patches and T-Shirts. We are well within our various deadlines even with the delay with the Cocktail Menu. End of next month I should have a lot more info on how the manufacturing and shipping processes are going.

The Module
It's fully finished! TKG have also given their seal of approval! All that's left to do is beautify the handouts, which Hummelgrafik is working on right now.
Test Print
It arrived mid-month and looks awesome. There are some minor things to change such as the paper thickness for the cover and interior as well as a small adjustment to the UV Spot. Otherwise, we're really happy with how it turned out.

As I said in the last update, the test print for the T-Shirt also arrived and now I can share how it looks. I've washed it a few times to see how the colour and design holds up and it's turned out really well.
Please make sure you fill in your surveys ASAP, specifically anyone who got the All In or added the 'Citizen of Prospero's Dream' add-on during the campaign. I need your names for the handout so that we can keep on track for the digital release.
We'll no longer be taking any more orders for 'The Company's New Groove' from the 18th of May on the store. We need to get final numbers for the Project for our various printers as well as ensuring we meet our internal deadline from TKG with delivery. So if you haven't ordered, now is the time!

Digital Release Date
End of May!! We'll be releasing the module with all digital content to all our backers. I can't be more specific than that, as I'm planning to release it the second everything is ready.
