Hi everyone!

I have another important update!

The BackerKit team has approved the shipping fees, and I’ve already been able to successfully charge shipping for some of the backers.

However, for some backers, the payment was declined by the card issuer.

If you haven’t been charged yet, please take a moment to check your payment information and update your card details in BackerKit so the shipping payment can go through successfully.

I’d also really appreciate it if everyone could double-check their shipping address and make sure it is still correct and up to date. I want to make sure that all rewards reach you safely and without any delivery issues.

The bags and other campaign items are getting closer and closer to the 3PL warehouse, so we’re getting to the final steps before fulfillment!

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and for taking a moment to check your information.

I can’t wait for these little pieces of the Frutiger Aero world to finally make their way to you!
