Project Update: You Have Awakened the Dark Goddess!
We are immensely grateful for all the support you have given us to achieve the best possible edition of Scions of the Dark Goddess. This campaign has been one of the major milestones for our company, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Here's what we have achieved:
- ✅ €239,249 raised.
- ✅ 2,585 backers.
- ✅ 25 out of 25 stretch goals unlocked.
- ✅ The most supported campaign ever run by a Spanish role-playing game publisher.
- ✅ No other independent campaign for Call of Cthulhu has ever received this much support before.
What Comes Next?
For any questions, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
The Pledge Manager and Late Pledges
After the campaign, we will begin preparing the Pledge Manager. This usually takes a few weeks, but we hope to have everything ready as soon as possible. Through the Pledge Manager, you will be able to:
- Increase your pledge level (paying only the difference).
- Add any add-ons from those available.
- Provide your address and pay the shipping costs.
- Select your preferred language for your rewards.
Late Pledges
Once the Pledge Manager is open, late pledges will also be accepted. This means those who missed the campaign will still have a chance to join in, though prices may vary from the original campaign.
Again, thank you very much, backers!

Regarding the Frustration
We have a firm commitment to facing the challenges of every project while maintaining its quality and delivering it to the people who helped make it a reality. That is not going to change.

ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL ESTADO DE SCIONS OF THE DARK GODDESS
Queridos mecenas:
Seguimos trabajando
Nuestro compromiso sigue intacto.

Dear Shadowlands, Another summer is approach since the rewards were told to be delivered (December 2, 2024). Please inform us, the backers about the status of your progress. If the printer is still not working, please choose another printing company. No more beat around the bush.

The screen for this project is probably one of the worst that I have seen. It is basically just enemy stats. Those could have been cards. Those would have worked better as cards. On a screen, I either want to see core rules, something about the plot is if adventure / campaign related, or descriptions of the scenes, words / expressions that can be used to get into the right mood, or the combination of these. It could have been a great screen, as I see potential in this campaign (as in adventure, not crowdfunder, whether there is potential in it, we'll see). As probably nothing has been printed yet, any chance to change it?

Look, Shadowlands. I think we've all given you a lot of rope to play. At this time, though, I'm likely to start following the footsteps of others and review bombing your other campaigns. I will go there and warn them, with receipts, to ward off people from giving their hard-earned money to such a poorly run organization. I love Call of Cthulhu, and I will not be punished for that love by giving money to a failing business. I think we should start reaching out to big name Youtube influencers and saying "hey, can you do a story on Shadowland Games?" You guys are so close to being Steve Jackson Games (irony, oh the irony) it's not even funny. No, it's not funny, at all. You are doing nothing to solve any of the issues. You have shown no proofs, no physical products of any sort, no images of WIP from any of the printers. Nothing. This has been a phantom project outside of the PDFs and the OST. Which, by this time, everyone that was involved has (hopefully) been paid for. But I paid for physical product as that's easier for me to work with when I play a session. I was told roughly December 2024. And since then, I have been fed debtor's excuses for the lack of realization. I work in collections, I know stalling when I see it. And I know that when someone stalls long enough, they disappear. With the amount of money you're taking in across your accumulated projects, coupled with the lack of realization of physical products in too many cases, the signs all point in the direction of a rug-pull. We can't get our money back. You've been too sly in your practices to allow that. But we can certainly make a concentrated effort to stop you from getting any more.
