Confirming fulfillment - Problem shooting
Hey gang, at this stage I'm getting ready to call it for this campaign. I believe I have sent out DriveThruRPG coupons to all backers for all pledge levels. If anyone has not received their emails, please let me know ASAP. On August 1st, I will be making The One That Got Away available for the general public on DTRPG. I will also be reverting Fae Hard to the Haemish McGruber cover.

Once again, I'd like to thank everyone for the support and for bearing with my clumsy handling of the fulfillment of printed goods.

Hex Map now available for print
Hi Backers, I finally have the Hex map cleared for print. I will be forwarding the redemption codes today. Please note there is a 67 cent print cost on top of postage.

Please let me know if there are any items you have not received codes for.

Complications and apologies - if I could do it differently, I would.
Hi backers, I have received feedback about problems fulfilling orders through DriveThruRPG. For some reason you cannot order prints and PDFs together and you can't order the cards with the books. This is frustrating as heck as I imagined you could just do a single transaction. My mistake.

I have also had feedback about the POD cost, which is an additional $3 to $4 on top of the postage. This is another unforeseen complication and should have been better investigated before launching.  As a result, there will be some additional out of pocket costs for print backers. I hope the quality of the products are worth the extra dollars.

Additionally, I am putting together a compensatory gift for all backers for the issues with fulfillment. This will be a sizeable preview of a yet to be released product. I hope this and my sincerest apologies make up for this frustrating situation.

DTRPG Orders Away
After a marathon of checking boxes and aligning emails, hopefully the majority of complimentary vouchers have found their ways into your email boxes. For each title you will receive a link to download either the PDF or process the POD order. That could men two emails per title. Remember to process all the links into your DTRPG account before you check out to enable your order to be processed as one postal order.

One customer did comment that they had to order the cards separately - I'm sorry if this is the case for all.

I have found there is also a complication with the print version of the Hex map and am awaiting a response from DTRPG. I have sent the download links for the PDF but for some reason DTRPG is telling me I need to do another print test - I know this has been done so I will need them to update that status.

If you don't receive the emails, please let me know. Check your Spam filters too.

The fulfillment wasn't what I originally planned but I learnt some hard lessons through the process.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCESSING REWARDS THROUGH DRIVETHRURPG
Thank you for backing The One That Got Away BackerKit campaign from Shinobi 27 Games. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy the adventure and any add-ons you have selected. Over the next 24 hours, you will receive multiple emails from DriveThruRpg with instructions on receiving print and/or PDF copies of the items you selected through the campaign. 

Please do not process them individually. Wait 24 hours for all emails to arrive.

Then, the best way to fulfill your order is to create an account with DriveThruRPG.com if you have not done so already. Log into your account and then from your emails, select the print products you have backed in the BackerKit campaign. These links will take you into DriveThruRPG. When there click continue shopping to allow you to return to your emails and add your other rewards to be processed as a single order to minimize your postage costs. Each time you continue shopping your reward will be added to your check out cart.


Once you have processed all print products click Proceed to Checkout. There will be a small POD charge plus postage to be paid to complete your order.

We apologise for any inconvenience this process may cause.

48 Hours to go.
Okay, the last surveys are done and there is a 48 hour window till everyone's orders, addresses and add-ons are finalised. What that means is I can start processing orders so that PODs and PDFs can go out.

I have a work break coming up in a week - so the bulk of the fulfillment will take place over that two week period. Thank you for your patience.

Missing Feast of Preserver POD Code / AD&BB Code doesn't work / Fae BW

Hey David - I didn't receive my Feast of Preserver POD Code. Also, my AD&BB Code doesn't work (DriveThruRPG: "provided code cannot be found or placed in your cart"). I did receive an extra Fae Hard POD code AND an extra Feast of Preserver digital Code though. I also was unable to respond to the message you left the other day about the "Bruce Willis" cover - but DriveThruRpg still shows the Leprechaun McGruber version. But we will be receiving the "Fae Bruce Willis" cover version still? I just read your post about the project complications - so I just wanted to confirm (again) before I purchase Fae Hard, once everything is in my cart. Thank you for your time and for responding to these inquiries. If there is a way to DM you, I can send a screenshot of my email + DTRPG showing the duplicates. Very excited to play all of the modules when they arrive! - WK

possible error?

Hi David, Apologies for posting this here - I couldn't figure out how to DM you. I might be mistaken, but it looks like I've gotten a duplicate pdf code for my add-on of Feast of the Preserver, instead of a POD code ("Free Digital Download..." instead of "Your Copy of...." The two codes are different, so I'm not sure if this is my mistake. Thank you for your time, calixus
