An epic comic book featuring a half-orc, a halfling, and the golden thread weaving their destinies together. A must-read for D&D fans and adventure seekers.
"Gold Thread" is a fun, adventurous story about a silly halfling bard and a goofy half-orc barbarian, forced to work together to achieve a common goal!
Puppet is an irreverent, dreamy bard who strives to live a life free from trouble and headaches.
Siro, on the other hand, is a rowdy half-orc always ready to pick a fight over the most trivial matter.
They are polar opposites.
The two meet almost by chance, summoned by a fortune-teller with a mission for them—one directly linked to their pasts.

Given our desire to make the planet a better place for future generations, we're pleased to announce that we will plant a tree on Tree-Nation for every new backer.
We've already done this in the past with another of our products, which led us to plant 411 trees. We're committed to printing everything on top-recycling paper, but it's never enough, so we want to do more! We want to create our own Silly Forest and help the planet!
We're doing our best to make the world a greener place!
What about Davide Valente, Alessio Bernini & Giacomo Corsetti?
Davide Valente - Writer
Born in Taranto in 1992, he grew up with a passion for comic books and cartoons. After working as a nurse in Oxford, he taught himself screenwriting, creating works such as "Simply Silly", "My Silly Gods", "My Cute Dictator", "Drunk Dragon" and more. After completing his studies at the "Scuola Internazionale di Comics" in Milan, he began working on various comic and animation projects and founded "Silly Studios," a studio dedicated to original IP.
Alessio Bernini - Illustrator
Born in 1995, I was raised on a steady diet of cartoons, manga, and comics! I’ve always loved these art forms, so I graduated from the "Scuola Internazionale di Comics" and "The Sign" in Florence to pursue a career as a comic book artist. "So long, and thanks for all the fish!"
Giacomo Corsetti - Colorist
Born in Grosseto in 1992, he has been a huge fan of video games, manga, anime, and anything else from Japan since childhood. He graduated from his local art high school and then decided to train in digital coloring at the "Scuola Internazionale di Comics" in Florence, aiming to pursue his dream of creating his own original characters.
Silly Studios is a young international publishing house and studio dedicated to creating original IP.
Founded in 2022 by Davide Valente and Marco Guazzieri, the company's ethical principles are based on respect for artists, free creativity, and the sustainability of its products.
Born out of pride and a sense of prominence, Silly Studios has a few fundamental rules that it strives to uphold:
1) Pay artists fair compensation within a reasonable timeframe. 2) Create unique and imaginative projects, not limiting itself to fixed narrative genres and always diversifying with its own style. 3) Produce projects that are sustainable over time and respectful of the environment.
For years, founder Davide Valente has seen colleagues and friends go unpaid by other publishing houses for their work. He himself, despite sales, has never received payments due to fraudulent and dishonest companies that aimed to exploit creatives. For this reason, he decided to create a different reality that respects the artists. Furthermore, they managed to find a way to make ALL Silly Studios products sustainable, publishing them on top-recycling paper and frequently participating in campaigns to plant new trees around the world.
Over the past four years, Silly Studios has released a few projects with great potential, such as Simply Silly, Grey Crow, My Silly Gods, Pepper & Carrot, Loving Reaper, Musashiba & Kokojiro, and many others.
