Happy Friday everyone I am pleased to report all pledges with no withstanding charges have been fulfilled. I have one more load of packages to drop off tomorrow and after that they will all be on their way to you!
Once again - If you are without the USA, please watch your tracking number carefully. You item might be held in customs or your local post, without notice. So if its in your country and you do not see movement for awhile please contact your post office. Once packages are out of my hands I have no control over their progress, and I know as much, if not less than you.
We still have one person who has not filled out their survey And 3 who have not resolved their failed charges Amber, Wendy, Sarah and Chris - I will be reaching out to you individually for a final time and if I am unable to make contact with you to resolve the issues I will have to move ahead with refunding your pledges. I thank you and everyone for your understanding.
I will do more follow up updates soon. As for extras I would say a tentative ETA is about a month. I need time to make sure I have enough stock to cover replacements, get restocked on shipping supplies, and just have a bit of a break to decompress Thanks again everyone
Hi again everyone Just wanted to pop by real quick and let you all know we are now at over 50% of pledges shipped! I am pretty happy with this progress in 5 days, esp consider it's just me doing the packing and I am rather sick lol

My routine has been packing 30 orders per day then dropping them off at the post the next morning so plush husbands are going out daily. However we in the US have a holiday so plushies packed yesterday, today and Monday will be doled out to the post throughout next week as not to overwhelm my local post office
As for when you can expect your plushies to arrive, once they are handed off to the post office Within US: 7-10 business days Without US: 4 weeks (sometimes up to 6 weeks)
I use an export service for international packages which means they all go to an export center in Illinois to be sorted by region and then are shipped in lots with other people's packages that are heading to the same region.
I do recommend if you are international to keep a close on on your tracking especially once it enters your country. I have run into multiple cases where the post/customs office has held people's packages without notifying them

Also I just wanted to give a heads up your plush husbands will arrived a bit squashed. They got rather squashed during shipment to me, I have been putting them back into general shape but they will get squashed on their way to you so you will need to squeeze pinch/push them into shape
There are tutorials on how to do this on youtube and socmed but I can make a short one as well if it would be helpful
Hi everyone, I just wanted to send out a quick update that I have begun packing up orders! My plan is to pack up 15-20 orders per day then drop them off at the post office the next morning until all orders have been shipped. I am sad seeing the little guys go one by one but I'm glad they will soon arrive at their forever homes :)) Please allow 7-10 business days within the US and up to 4 weeks internationally for your packages to arrive

Hi again everyone Currently we are at only 13 failed shipping payments out of 200+ which is a fairly low percentage, however please make sure to update your card information if your payment failed. You can check your failed payment email with information on why it failed. However the #1 reason payments fail is due to your bank not approving the charge. It may also be the case your bank rejects if it is an international order.
If that is the case you will need to either change your payment card or contact your bank to request they allow the charge. In my personal experience one of my cards works with Backerkit no problem but the other always rejects the charges
