Project Update: Progress Update and ATRAPOS

We've been hard at work on getting Outlaws and Corporations into your hands! We've got some art to show you, and also a new crowdfunding project in its final hours to talk about.

Here's some new pieces of art we can show you:
SHIPS RANCH from the Outlaw Section

The Associated Federation of Hunters is one of the Outlaw Factions, a galaxy-wide syndicate of bounty hunters who work for the highest bidder.

Here's a diagram of Port Lasvik, a space station above a gas giant, headquarters for Stellan Strame’s Leviathan Investments & Acquisitions

The most unwelcoming advertising poster for a company that sells grey clothing to cops. Do you recognise the logo from a previous OB product?

We're polishing up layout, and hoping to get OXC in your hands digitally before the end of November for proper delivery in the new year. We're making sure we stick to that distinctive dustbowl-galaxy in-universe retro-future style, while carefully differentiating the feel of the Outlaws and the Corporations, so you can always tell which half of the book you're reading.

Meanwhile, we've got a new project on Kickstarter: ATRAPOS

Atrapos is a Doomed Mythic Fantasy for telling the stories of the mythological heroes of a doomed civilisation venturing home at the end of a disastrous war. It's inspired by Homeric poetry, and uses the same rules as our beloved game Inevitable. It is written by Orbital Blues co-creator and chief SoulMuppeteer Zachary Cox, and has tons of incredibly atmospheric art from Klur_Arts.

Its cover is a 3D rendering of a real mosaic, and the top tier pledges come with dice with tiny little ships encased inside of them! There's just 24 hours left on the project, so you should check it out if you enjoyed Orbital Blues or any of SoulMuppet's other games.

Thanks for reading, we'll hopefully be back soon with some PDFs! If you're reading this update and somehow didn't back the project, check out the hosted pre-orders and grab yourself some sad space cowboy goodness.

Speak soon,

Zach and Mol
On behalf of Sleney, Clark and Cox
