Our names are Samantha and Sarah. Together, we run SStwins Designs! SStwins Designs is a small business with both an online and in-person presence in our local state of Colorado. We love making art that is inclusive and fun with LGBTQIA+ themes, bright colors, and lots of cute animals! We’ve successfully funded three Kickstarter campaigns in the past plus two BackerKit campaigns.
We will be raising money to unlock 27 1" wooden bird pins! These will be borderless wooden pins with one pin back. Pins will cost $6 and decrease in price the more you buy!
PLEASE NOTE: Since these pins will be printed on wood, colors may differ slightly from our mockups! They should be pretty accurate but some very slight color variations are to be expected due to the nature of the wood color and grain. We will be printing on the lightest wood color possible!
We also have extensively discussed sizing with our manufacturer to confirm that 1" pins will be possible, but there is a slim chance the pins will need to be sized up to be 1.25" or 1.5" due to the borderless style. There will be no cost increase if the pins do need to be larger!

We will also have a special HUGE wooden pin available: the 7" branch pin! This will be another borderless wooden pin with two pin backs. It is only available in the add-ons section or if you purchase the entire flock. Arrange your birds along or around the branch to reflect your identity, or just to showcase your favorite colors! The current plan for this pin is for it to be made of exposed cherry wood with some slight shading effects. Some slight changes to the design may occur. This is an ambitious idea but we’re excited to make it happen!
We will also have a variety of stickers available! There will be eight different 3" holographic bird stickers available, themed off rainbow and transgender birds! These will be $3 each.
We will also have all of the bird colors from the campaign available as tiny 1" stickers! They would be great for fillers on a water bottle, laptop, or anywhere you'd like to put them! These will be just $1 each.
Our initial goal of $300 will unlock all colors of 1" bird pride pins and the wooden 7" branch pin. There are also some fun stickers available for purchase!
At $500, we will unlock three different wooden earring sets! Dangling rainbow and transgender bird statement earrings will cost $20 a pair and each bird piece will measure 1.5cm (approximately 0.6"). Single color bird studs will cost $10 a pair and will also measure 1.5cm (approximately 0.6"). Only the colors shown here will be available for single colored bird studs! All of the bird pieces on these earrings will have a thin wooden border visible.
At $600 we will add a free rainbow bird stack sticker to every order! These will be 3" and made of a waterproof vinyl with a fun, holographic finish.
As a thank you for reaching 100 backers, everyone will also receive a free 'be who you are' bird sticker as long as we stay above that goal!
We also have all of our 3" sticker designs available as 3" acrylic magnets! These will be very durable and would look great on your fridge. These are $8 each!
We also designed a 4" acrylic dishwasher magnet! Place it on the front of your dishwasher and flip the design to represent if the dishes inside are clean or dirty. These are very useful if you have roommates or a large family, or if you just have trouble remembering! One dishwasher magnet will be $12.
There are also two sticker sheets! These are A6 size, which is approximately 4" x 6". They will be made of the same waterproof vinyl as the other stickers! We have two designs: pastel and classic rainbow. They also have some cute tiny flower stickers! Each design is $8 or you can get both for $15! If all goes according to plan the sheets will look exactly like this. Some small sizing changes may occur with the stickers and borders to make sure everything fits.

This campaign is part of Pride Parade! This is a collaborative event featuring LGBT+ creators. If you back 3+ projects in the event, you will receive a bonus pin from each project you've backed! Our bonus pin will be a wooden 2" rainbow bird pin!
We are also collaborating with Mythical Pride! This is another project in the Pride Parade event. If you back both of our projects, you will recieve two more free goodies, themed around transgender birds! There will be a 2" wooden transgender bird pin and a transgender phoenix keychain! If you back both of our projects and one more in the Pride Parade event, you'll get the rainbow bird freebie too!!
PLEASE NOTE: If you back our project for stickers or tips only, we will be unable to ship you your freebie pins due to their size and bulk. Please keep this in mind when purchasing!
We will only be shipping to North America for this campaign. Shipping costs will vary depending on purchased items. Your purchase should fall somewhere in this range:

We will ship sticker only orders worldwide, however tracking will not be provided. By purchasing stickers only you acknowledge that there is a possibility of your order being lost in shipment. Pins will be put into production upon receiving the majority of survey responses (so we know what quantities of which designs to order!). This should be by early July. We hope that it will take at most around 2 months for the pins to be completed and arrive to us. We will then do fulfillment! If all goes as planned, your pins will be shipped to you by August or September!
