Project Update: Crew Update: The Page 93 video is done, and the final Thuneworld charge runs Sunday

Two things today, Crew, and the first one is fun.

Earlybird backers, your Page 93 video is finished.

Steve took page 93 of Battle for Thuneworld from blank board to finished art on camera, start to finish, and that is your Artist Edition Earlybird reward. It goes out to every Earlybird backer the moment the final charge below clears, which is the second thing.

Thuneworld AE is in its final stretch at the printer, and books are still on track to ship late October into early November. Before anything goes in a box we have to close out the pledge manager, and that means one last card charge for whatever is still open on your order. For most of you that is just shipping: $20 for US addresses, a bit more overseas. If you added extras after your original pledge, or you were on a payment plan, that remainder is in there too.

Here is the plan:

Saturday, September 19: BackerKit charges the card you have on file for your remaining balance. You will also get BackerKit's automatic 48-hour heads-up email today; that is this same charge, not a second one.
Same day, orders lock. After that we hand final counts and addresses to the printer and the shipper, so no more changes to items or addresses.
Same day, the Page 93 video releases to Earlybird backers as soon as the charges clear.
If a card declines, BackerKit emails you automatically and we retry through September 25. Update the card and you are set.
If you are one of the 20 who have not yet completed your survey please do so today to prevent a delay in mailing out your Thuneworld Gallery and Studio Edition Hardcover.

Two things to do before Sunday:

Open your Thuneworld pledge manager (the link will be emailed to you today if you are being charged, or sign in at backerkit.com, click on your profile, then Your Pledges & Surveys) and check your shipping address.
Make sure the card on file is current.

That campaign closes October 1 and charges then, so this way the two land more than a week apart instead of on the same day.
