We heard you loud and clear. A steampunk world as big as RUIN's needs an RPG. There're simply too many delves to handle alone, and with the realm on the brink of another Crusade, spoils are ripe for the picking.
But we had two conditions:
1) It had to be our own bespoke system
and
2) It had to be solo-able.
So that is what we made.
Introducing the RUIN: ROLEPLAYING GAME, created by Alex Norman in conjunction with RUIN creator Brandon Berryhill and veteran illustrator Brandon Ellis.
RUIN: THE ROLEPLAYING GAME runs on the A.G.E (Authocracy's Gaming Engine) system. This is a rules-light, momentum-driven tabletop roleplaying system designed from the ground up to put the mechanical weight in your players' hands and the narrative power firmly in yours. It is built for Game Masters who want to run cinematic, story-driven sessions without drowning in preparation.
