In the Stolen Treasure: Dragon's Lair base game you will find... 50 Treasure, 40 Dragon and 24 Item cards! (114 cards total). Along with the cards 6 dice will be included. (5 for player's and 1 for the Dragon!)

The Dragon's coveted hoard! Will you survive long enough to steal the loot from under the Dragon's watchful eye??
Duds (Negatives)
Beware! Not all treasure may be worth the travails. A true hero may still find some use for these less than sparkly rewards.
Dragon Cards
The power of the Dragon unleashed! Even the most seasoned adventurer tremors at the sight of the Dragon's abilities. No treasure can be gained without first contending with the might of the Dragon.
Dragon cards may affect you, all players in your party, or perhaps provide a boon to the Dragon itself!
Item Cards
Here take this! When sallying forth into danger it is best to come prepared! Item cards will help turn the tides of battle in your favour, protect yourself or your friends. Use their effects to be a general nuisance to the Dragon (or your friends!).
Dice
What better way to complement the fantasy and light-rpg theming, than with a roll of the included die? While we're 14 sides shy of a D20 we're bringing 6 to compensate!
5 standard die and 1 special coloured die to makes sure there's no question what the Dragon rolls!
About Stolen Treasure Expansions Stolen Treasure: Dragon's Lair delivers a fast-paced easy to pick up experience. For player's looking for more complexity in the mechanics and an extra challenge, we are creating the expansion sets!
The expansions are themed sets (10 cards in each) which are meant to spice up the gameplay of the base game.
These are additional cards, the base game can be played entirely without the expansions. Each expansion set aims to bring new a dimension and some trickier mechanics to the gameplay.
Once you've had your fill of playing the base, you can tackle new ways of playing by adding one, two or all expansions to your games.

Our approach to the development of the expansions is to create and release them slowly over the lifecycle of the crowdfunding. We invite you to follow along in the journey of their creation!

Aim of the game Race against the Dragon to reach 1500 points!
Set Up Separate the Treasure Cards, Dragon Cards and the Item Cards. Shuffle each deck and place them in the middle of the gaming space. Cut the Treasure Card deck into two separate decks.
The Dragon How the dragon works: The DRAGON is an automated opponent. The dragon becomes active when drawing a Treasure card or wagering.
Any player not currently taking their turn can perform the Dragon’s action on its behalf.
Encountering the Dragon
When a player attempts to steal a treasure card, they must face the dragon!
The dragon will get to play Dragon cards equal to the number on the bottom left of the treasure cards (rarity indicator). After all dragon card effects are resolved both the player and the dragon roll one die each.
The highest rolling die will get the treasure for their inventory. Both the player and dragon roll 1 die (unless otherwise stated by a card’s effect.
The treasure of the encounter then goes to the inventory of the highest roll. Items of the player can be used by the player at any time during the encounter.
Game Flow Starting with the youngest player, take turns in a clockwise direction. Play continues in such fashion until one player OR the Dragon has reached the winning condition.
The Turn Flow During a turn a player can perform TWO actions. There are TWO legal actions: drawing and wagering. Only TWO actions can be performed per turn. Any combination of actions can be taken during a turn.
The Actions
1) Drawing When drawing, a player picks up one card from the top of the Treasure or Item cards deck and places the card face up into their inventory.
The player(s) do not have a hand but an inventory. The inventory is the space in front of the player where they can place their acquired Treasure and Item cards.
Inventory items belong to the player and cannot be used by other players.
2) Wagering To initiate a wager, a player chooses any number of treasure cards from their inventory. The wagering player then declares a chosen opponent. The chosen opponent then MUST place treasure cards with equal or exceeding value to the wagering player. The winner of the wager then takes all treasure placed onto the table.
Winner of a wager can be determined by rock paper scissors, coin toss or roll of a die.
Treasure cards with negative valuations can be wagered!
You can ONLY wager treasure cards.
The chosen opponent of a wager cannot refuse a wager.
Player's with no treasure cards cannot be targeted by a wager.
If a chosen opponent cannot match the wagered amount, they must wager the highest closest value.
The Dragon can be wagered! (The Dragon will get the sum of all rarity indicators of the treasures wagered added to their die roll value.)
Using Items
Each player can have up to 3 Item cards in their inventory. Once three cards are in a player’s inventory, new Item Cards cannot be drawn from the deck.
Using an item item IS NOT an action.
Item card effects are used by ‘tapping’ the cards. Rotate a card 90 degrees clockwise to signify an item has been tapped. The effect of the equipment card is then carried out.
At the start of a player’s turn un-tap all equipped items.
Winning the game A player will win when they score 1500 points. Points are calculated as the total of the denominations on each treasure card in a player's inventory. Once a player reaches the winning condition, this player then wins the game and gameplay is reset. If the dragon’s inventory reaches the winning condition before the players, the game ends and gameplay is reset.
