Project Update: Black Ballad: Second Chances! The #1 Requested Poll!
Goooood morning everyone! We've got an update for all you Black Ballad backers! It's been a hot minute since we had Black Ballad content coming down the pipeline.

When we asked what game system you wanted supported, the #1 spot was Shadowdark. At the time, Shadowdark was going gangbusters on Kickstarter with their core book. It's taken a bit to understand what makes Shadowdark so special, and we are finally finished! And now Live! (Click this text to see the full page!)
We launched yesterday and we've already hit 33% of our goal in less than 24 hours. We need your help to get this thing rollin' across the finish line.
A full Shadowdark splat book with all the rules, a new reusable adventure set in the Storm of Broken Worlds, Actual Crossway Coins! (Finally, the metal coins of the Godless Monarchy to go with Purgatory Poker) and other goodies like novels, shadowdark content, DiAmorte T-Shirts!

Project Update: Follow our next project! Announcing The Black Ballad: Chronicles of the Crossing!
Soooo... time to do it again! The Black Ballad: Chronicles of the Crossing is launching October 15th.
We will be bringing not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR epic fantasy novels set within The Black Ballad, friendlier international options of the Black Ballad (incoming paperback and soft-page hardcover variants) and a host of stretch goals that expand the TTRPG setting, new artwork, and even a potential Red Opera tie in.
Before we start spending tons of money to the marketing gods, we could use all the help we can in getting people to follow the campaign page now. Let us know if you are in by following and signing up!

Project Update: Come Join us at ACEN and Shipping Update 2.0: L.A. Errors Fixed!
As of today, we are reshipping out the books that showed up as "Delivered" to an L.A. Address and never arrived. It will take the warehouse 2-3 days to process, but then the 18 or so orders that toured the country will get new tracking numbers.

I am having an issue with the delivery of my pledge, which is weeks past the expected delivery date according to the tracking number I received. It has not been declared officially lost yet, but the postal service has yet to locate it. If they can't or it gets returned to sender, do I need to open a Backerkit support ticket or is there some way to contact you directly?
