Project Update: POST-CAMPAIGN UPDATE: Physical Fulfillment, Add-Ons & Surveys Coming Soon!
Now that the campaign has officially wrapped, our team is hard at work prepping the next phase of production. Here is everything you need to know about what's coming next!
1. All Physical Items Ship Together During Fulfillment
- Just a reminder that all physical rewards and add-ons will be shipped out together in one complete package during our primary fulfillment window. We’ll be sharing production and shipping progress right here in future updates!
2. Backer Surveys Are Coming Soon (Check Your Information!)
- Keep an eye on your inbox—surveys will be heading your way shortly! It is super important that you review and confirm all of your details carefully:
- Check your shipping address: Make sure your location is accurate so your final shipping costs and delivery can be calculated correctly.
- Lock in your add-ons: Don't forget to finalize any extra items you want to add to your order—including the newly unlocked third pin in the Space 1889: After interlocking pin set to complete your collection!
3. Missed the Campaign? The Pre-Order Store is Opening!
- If you have friends who missed out on the campaign, or if you want to direct latecomers to the project, don't worry! We will be launching a Pre-Order Store alongside the pledge manager so late backers can still jump aboard the ether-flier.
