Studio Cwedol is solely comprised of Dylan Doerzbacher and Christopher Jaeger, two best-friends-since-high-school that dreamed of creating a semi-autobiographical work inspired by the tumultuous transition from adolescence to adulthood. Pen has since been put to paper (tablet), and as of 2026, the first 250 pages have been completed and uploaded to Webtoon, Tapas, and Tumblr. Both Dylan and Chris share a passion for great storytelling, and that creative synergy is woven throughout the entirety of their debut collaboration.

It’s expansive and realistic by design - an epic memoir of encounters, struggles, and perspectives. The story unfolds across multiple eras, delineated by the growth and milestones of our protagonist. The first part, Believe in the Fool, is the earliest era of Leo Hartmann’s journey, where themes of mental turmoil, questionable friendships, academic pressures, and societal expectations are explored.

The series is presented as episode-like “stories,” each with its own self-contained plot. These plots are strung together effectively, building a great deal of tension and careening our characters towards a dramatic conclusion.

The vision of Ace of Hearts has always transcended the singular medium of digital art in an effort to make the experience more immersive. Some scenes include a moment of brief pause where the reader can listen to the companion Ace of Hearts original soundtrack.
