OOOH I love this question. Alright, time to pull out my frame by frame analysises.
The first shots mostly just establish things, the symbol of the sunflower-- the logo of Mandelbrot Hall I suppose-- is likely going to be important. It's also on the bingo goals to take a selfie with them so :p
The O in AEIoU is uncapitalized. This probably has some reasoning that isn't ultimately important but I can't remember so im pointing it out now.
The next few scenes are really just showing duos of characters hanging out. There isn't much to see here but you see Mavin with his shoes. Not really much here but the shoes are in a couple other moments so I thought I'd bring it up.
Next scene is the scene with Jo. In the Welcome to ~~Tally~~ Mandelbrot Hall there's a bit of foreshadowing about Weiss. What it is? But Iris is the owner of Weiss. And maybe reeking of cat food means something.
Beyond that, there's a poster that says Law of LEG on the wall (not really important, but it's funny to me :p)
Jackie also looks over at Iris's work as she is drawing it, only to be shocked. Notably, Iris is covering part of the work to the camera, specifically the part that would need to be censored for SFW reasons, but point is, we don't know what's down there or what Jackie is reacting too. More suspicion on Iris.
Next scene is Jo, Jackie and Mavin (and likely Jimmy) in the Infamous Laundromat. All the laundry machines are out of order, perhaps as a result of the cosmic horror in the vicinity.
I say Jimmy is likely here because while he isn't in the shot, this is the scene were Mavin raises his shoes (and lipsyncs "My Shoes" in a way I find utterly hilarious, but ultimately inconsequential.) as a mirror of the earlier scene where Mavin was holding his shoes while talking to Jimmy.
Next is Jackie alone, shutting a door as she takes a sigh of relief. There is a bell on the handle, which I suppose alerts people to when it is being opened and closed. Perhaps it's an important room that shouldn't be opened? The walls here are noticeably less yellow than they have been in other places, further leading me to believe this room is important. Perhaps it's the reason why only Jackie remembers things? Or how she found the cosmic horror to begin with. She also appears like she is taking refuge as she immediately sinks to the floor.
Another important note about this room is that there is a normal poster on the wall which defies my earlier theory of this room being special, or one you aren't supposed to go in as if it was one of those, why would it have a color wheel on it's wall. Unless the eldritch horror likes painting. I won't judge.
Next scene is a scrolling shot of a LOAD of laundry. Which the next shot is Jackie (supposedly) looking up at it in horror, I would too. But also it might be misleading cuts so we don't know if that's actually what Jackie is grimacing at.
The wall material seems to change and there's a tripod and desk in the room. It might be a bedroom where someone is keeping their stuff (Hence the laundry being there) but I'm not exactly sure.
Next scene is in a Laundromat, also featuring Mavin and his shoes (Boy loves his shoes ig) It has: Lulu, Iris, Jo and Mavin. Lulu is sitting on a laundromat holding Mavin's shoes above his head while Jo watches. Iris is sitting in the corner next to the change machine, reading a book. None of these laundry machines are out of order, so it might not actually be the same laundromat as earlier, but also Mavin's shoes are still dirty, but maybe this is the 2nd one they went too after finding out all were out of order in the other one since there's two more characters here.
Next one is Jackie and Jo carrying their laundry. There's suspicious piles of ??? lining the walls. It might be laundry bags blending into the wall but they look like spider eggs to me tbh. Jackie notices something strange and stops to look at it (towards the camera) while Jo continues on.
Then we get to a scene from presumably the inside of a laundry machine that Jackie opens. There are various pages in this visual effect, including some text but I can't really read it, lmk if yall can! Jackie seems to notice something further in the back of the machine, behind the camera.
Next scene is Jo and Jackie looking upon the spider egg looking laundry bags. Disgusting. But it's literally a still so yay.
The next scene is at night, Jackie picking up an exactoknife.
Then we see her with the exacto knife looking into some sort of shelf or vent in the Infamous Laundromat, this one has out of order signs, but the same layout as the Non-Infamous Laundromat so it might've been a mistake? Of well. We see a sign that says "No Rugs or Shoes in the machines." But vandalized to say no Drugs instead of rugs. Maybe Mavin is the reason they're all out of order. Man really loves his shoes.
The wall outside of this laundromat is red, something we haven't seen before so this might be yet another haunted laundromat.
Next few scenes go by quickly:
Jackie, at the entrance of a laundromat with her knife. One of the laundry machines is NOT out of order. One's out of order sign says "Works just fine HAHAHA just kidding, out of order" The seats are in the same position of the scene with iris.
next up is Jackie looking at her reflection in the closed door of a laundry machine. Jo is standing next to her, so maybe this is near the time when they were walking down the weird Spider-egg hallway.
Speaking of spider egg hallway, next scene looks like Jackie leaning on some spideregg laundry bags? (Spundry beggs) with some sort of expression?
The next one is... Jackie looking horrified with some intense red lighting.
Then the scene where she knocks on the Spundry Beggs
Then back to the intense red lighting where a pool of... something is on the floor, reflecting the exit sign. Really cool composition, esp with the knocking turning into an exit!
Then we see where this scene is potentially taking place, the red hallway outside of the laundromat Jackie entered with the exacto knife. Jackie is still holding it, facing down Weiss in the hallway. Either this is a fakeout (where the cat makes like a noise and spooks Jackie, leading to a brief showdown.) or the cat is evil. Given Welcome to ~~Tally~~ Mandelbrot Hall I think it might be evil. Who knows though.
We see a scene where Jackie puts the blade out on the exacto knife. Not much to say here really, but it's definitely connected to the previous scene. (Same background)
Then is more Jackie putting her head into the eldritch washing machine, looking even more horrified. Mavin snaps her out of it though, and as she hits her head on the exit of the machine, it all disappears.
Anyways I assume Mavin needs to break that washing machine with his shoes.
anyways this analysis is over 6k characters long and I might add more to it. I am addicted to this trailer and bound to notice something I hadn't over the next 50 rewatches.
Engaged with this project 10+ times 🌟
