So....I'm not really happy with how the harnesses came out for these, I've been getting reports that some have been breaking, and just over all they don't feel as secure and stable as I wanted.
Slumber and I are currently designing a new harness style that is more secure and will use better materials, here is a preview of the harness.(note it won't be blue/black, these will be solid colors to match the original straps, we just did a diff color to show the manufacturer the design better)
Once finalized, I'll put it in my shop online for backers to purchase. I don't know how much they will be yet as we're waiting for a quote from the manufacturers, but hopefully this will be more secure. I hope this is a good solution, I'll be selling them at the cost I receive them to at least make this fair, I will not be making a profit on these. You will have 4 months to purchase a new harness at the discounted price before I increase the price. I will send out a monthly reminder in the meantime :)
If your trashback buddy package has been stuck without an update to your tracking, please send an email to [email protected] so that we can reach out to the post and see what's going on. I have had a few reach out but I just wanted to make it aware since I've no idea if things have been delivered or not due to the volume of orders I have. If your package is lost I can send a free bag but you would have to pay for the shipping. I am not responsible for import or custom fees.
Regarding stickers, it's a slow process, it's taking me time to hand write addresses and such, I have about 350 ish left to do. Please note it's being shipped via letter/snail mail so it does not come with tracking, and may take a while (esp if you're international) for it to arrive. I do have some extras just in case they get lost in the mail, but I won't send those out until a month has gone by with no update (and 2 months for international), just to ensure the stickers are actually lost and not just stuck in transit.
Over all, I'm not really happy with how things have been going with this campaign, I will do better next. I will be changing harness styles next remakes of these bags (or new designs, not sure), so that it's more structurally secure and not flimsy.
Stickers gave arrived and ill start shipping these out next Saturday! Please note i will be shipping by snail mail so there is no tracking. It may take sone time for you to receive your stickers.

I apologize I received an update from the fullfillment center that we are short on the extra harnesses, so I have reached out to the manufacturer to get them shipped out to us as soon as possible, orders with extra harnesses are currently on hold and will resume shipping once those are in stock.
A friendly reminder that these are mass produced bags, these are not one of a kind handmade quality bags. There will be some minor defects once in a while that do not take away from the plush, this has been stated previously to allow for human error. If you are not satisfied with your plush, I can do a personal quality check on the leftover bags once I receive them and offer a replacement. If you are in another country where a replacement is just not a good option, a partial refund will be issued, the refund amount depends on how mild - severe the defects are.
I was informed by my fulfillment center that the bags were quality checked, some may have slipped through the cracks before shipping and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note, I am not responsible for customs and import fees if you are outside of the US, that is something between you and your government to argue about. I have honestly been accidentally undercharging on international orders because I was guesstimating the size and weight of each plush, so I have been mostly paying out of pocket for orders unless it's too much, in which case I have reached out to those affected to see if they'd be willing to cover the cost or receive a full refund.
I am doing the best with what I have and would appreciate some leniency. I am sorry that not everyone is satisfied with their bags but I offer different options to make it right.
