Project Update: Plushies are In!

Good evening, Cat Lovers!

I'm excited to let everyone know that the plushies are finally in~
I've gone ahead and charged all open orders, including shipping costs and pre-orders (post Backerkit Campaign), and once it all processes, I'll be shipping these kitties out to their new homes!

Thank you so much for your patience through the whole production process. I'll be sure to get some nice photos in once the weather clears up and allows me for nice photos!

Project Update: BackerKit surveys are coming!

Hello!! A quick update for you all~

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s essential to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to enter & charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfillment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backers rewards. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized & before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. We will keep you informed all along the way!

After surveys are sent, and you did not receive the email, and you Signed in with Apple through Kickstarter., your email address might be a private relay email address. Are we able to update our pledge level after backing?

Hello, (sorry for the inconvenience) my friend got back to me and now wants to back the whole family! Is it possible for me to update/manage my pledge level to add additional to the pledge that has already been collected? Thanks!

Offer a bundle pledge option for 2 small cats?

Hello, I'm actually buying these for someone else, and the big ones turned out to be too big, and so she wants one of each of the smaller ones, so (1) small white and (1) small black. There wasn't an option for a small mini bundle, so I set $40 as my pledge. Did I pledge appropriately if that is what I want or is it possible that you will add a Small Maekineko Pair bundle as the price-to-size ratio difference seems a bit much as compared to the other pledge levels? Thanks!
