I'm excited to announce that I've sent out the smoke tests this morning.
Smoke tests are just surveys sent out to a small batch of individuals in each tier to make sure the questions survey I've generated has no issues. This way, I can still make edits without having to impact a larger pool of individuals. Usually, we let that sit for a few days (or as soon as the majority completed the smoke surveys) before sending out the rest.
There were some hiccups with the pre-order shop link last time, so here it is again, in case you didn't notice the sneak edit I made to the update.
The Cosmonaut Mouse is also available to order via the pre-order store. And if you do order one, I'll throw in a little thank you sticker as a freebie gift!
I made it for a stamp rally for an upcoming convention, but it's too cute to use only once!
As of now, I've sent all the designs in for production! While I don't know the final count of each design, I've gone ahead and asked for the molding and samples to be done first. Whenever I do get the first batch of samples in, I'll show you guys pics. They're always so weird looking before the final polish~
We're gonna wait about 2 weeks for the payments to process and for any of the trainers who've had issues with their cards to adjust and fix it.
Once those 2 weeks are up, I'll be sending out surveys! In these surveys, it'll ask you which Starters you plan on taking home, be it pins, charms, or stickers.
After that, we wait for production to begin and hope that there are no hiccups during that time. If any issues arise, I will be sure to inform you guys as soon as I find out as well!
And a surprise for you! A good friend of mine convinced me, or rather, planted a seed in my head to design an Astronaut Mouse, the beloved mascot who was sent up into space this year! So behold the finished design: While he is not officially part of the campaign, I want to give this opportunity to you guys to add it to your order as I'll be placing them all at the same time. You'll save money on shipping by bundling it all together as well~
You can add him to your pre-existing pledge/order when you fill out the survey in two weeks!
We've just one week left before we wrap up this very short campaign. However, we're far from over~
I've got one more add-on to share with you guys and they're blankets. I cranked these out over the last few days to try and get these made. It's so much work drawing 30 of these guys, holy! And then creating a pattern to fill the empty space, but I'm happy I took on this challenge and made it happen.
These are going to be add-on only and have already been updated, so you're welcome to select any (or all) of the three starter blankets. I've already gone ahead and put in a request for a sample from my manufacturer, so I'll see if I'm able to get a somewhat official product picture for you guys before the campaign ends.

I didn't have this in the initial reveal of the project, mostly because I was having some trouble trying to figure out who would work best in this set, but after having discussed with friends, I went with him. He's the OG baddie and I think he would be a great addition to anyone's collection.
