Hi friends! I am now about 50% complete with fulfilment, yippee!! I'm doing my best to speed along - I initially wanted everything completed by the end of February but currently, it looks like I will have it finished up by mid March. I really appreciate your patience as I am a one person show, doing it all myself!! <3
ISSUES WITH ORDERS: Please send me an email @ [email protected] PLEASE include your backerkit information (email is best) So I can best help you! If I don't respond within a few days - please feel free to give me a little nudge. I've been a little backed up on emails, I promise I'm not ignoring you and I'm more than happy to resolve any issues to make your Sugarbell Pals experience perfect!! <3
Additionally... Series 3 is on the horizon!! I will be posting an update about them soon, but don't worry - it won't be launching for a few months. Feel free to let me know what kind of animals you hope to see in the third edition of the Pals!
