Hi Folks,

As of today I have all of the art in hand. I have some work left to do on the layout but I plan to have the files sent to the printer by September 15. I'll send an update when it happens. Expect to see a survey about the same time. I thank all of your for your patience while I have been working through this. It has been very much a learning experience and if (when) I do volume 2 things will go much faster because I won't make all of the same mistakes.
