Project Update: 📦 Fulfillment Update
Hi Everyone,
Here is a quick update on fulfillment.
Last week, we processed and charged all pledges. Over the weekend, we also packed nearly all rewards. The only pledges not yet packed are those that include the tote bag.
For backers without tote bags, your packages will be shipped within the next few days. Once shipped, delivery should take about 1–2 weeks, depending on location (possibly up to three weeks for some regions).
🎲 The Purrfect Cure Print-and-Play Game
Earlier today, everyone should have received an email with the download link for The Purrfect Cure PNP game.
If you have any questions about the game or the rules, please feel free to reach out. I hope you enjoy playing it!
👜 Tote Bag Production
For pledges that include the tote bag, we are currently waiting for the production sample from the factory.
Because of the Chinese New Year holiday, production schedules have been a bit delayed and the factory is catching up. As soon as we confirm the production sample, the tote bags will immediately go into production.
Once ready, they will be shipped together with the rest of your rewards.

Project Update: Production & Fulfillment Update

Production Update
Production Update
- Wonderful news! We’ve received the full batch of plague doctor enamel pins.
- The exclusive mouse enamel pins are currently on their way to our warehouse.
- Tote bag production will begin in 1–2 weeks, shortly after the Chinese Lunar New Year holidays.
Everything is moving along smoothly, and we’re happy to share that production remains on schedule.
Survey & Order Lock Reminder
We plan to lock surveys and finalize orders in five days. So far, about 66% of backers have completed their pledge manager. If you haven’t finished yours yet, please remember to:
- Confirm your reward selections
- Verify your shipping information
- Add any optional add-ons

The Purrfect Cure — Game Development Update
We’ve continued playtesting The Purrfect Cure Print-and-Play card game, and things are going very well. The game is feeling great at the table, and the rulebook is now very close to completion. Thank you to everyone who has shared feedback and encouragement. We’re excited to deliver the digital files during fulfillment.

Project Update: 📋 Pledge Manager Submitted for Review
Good news! We’ve officially submitted the pledge manager for review, and everything is looking great so far. ✅
At the moment, we’re holding off on sending the smoke test because we’re still waiting for BackerKit to provide the finalized list of backers eligible for the exclusive Pintopia collaboration enamel pin. As soon as we receive that confirmation:
- We’ll send out the smoke test
- Then quickly follow with the full survey
✨ Our goal is to send surveys early next week. Thank you for your patience while we finalize this step — accuracy here ensures everyone receives the correct rewards.
🎲 The Purrfect Cure — Game Polish Update
We’ve also been hard at work refining The Purrfect Cure Print-and-Play card game. The visual design has been fully polished, and we’re excited to share a preview of the updated look. The cards now better reflect the tone, clarity, and charm of the enamel pin collection. What’s happening next:
- Continued playtesting
- Minor balance and clarity adjustments
- Finalizing digital files
The digital PNP files will be delivered during fulfillment, as planned. We truly hope you’ll enjoy exploring this playful extension of the Little Kawaii Plague Doctor world.

📋 Pledge Manager Update
I’m currently working on submitting the pledge manager for review, but it didn’t process correctly. I’ve already contacted BackerKit support, and hopefully this will be resolved very soon.
Here’s the updated plan:
- Once the issue is cleared, we’ll send a smoke test by the end of the week
- A smoke test is a small test survey sent to a limited group of backers to ensure rewards, selections, and shipping settings are working correctly
- If everything looks good, we’ll send the full survey to all backers over the weekend
💳 Payment Processing & Fulfillment Timeline
As planned:
- By late February or early March, we’ll lock orders and begin processing payments
- Fulfillment will begin immediately after payment processing
We’re moving quickly to keep everything on schedule.
🎲 Important Note for $1 Print-and-Play Backers
If you pledged for the $1 Print-and-Play (PNP) Game:
- You will not receive a survey (no shipping info required)
- We’ll send you a download link in mid-March

Project Update: 🧀 Exclusive Enamel Pin Preview — Too Cute to Ignore!
Happy Friday! Check out the exclusive enamel pin! 😍
It’s finally here as a pre-production sample, and yes it’s super adorable. The colors, metal lines, and character details came out beautifully, and we’re really excited about how this one is shaping up.
If we reach the stretch goal, the pin will be upgraded from 1" to a larger 1.5" size, giving it more presence and detail. Let’s see if we can push it over the line together!

We’re also preparing the pledge manager. Here’s what to expect:
- Once the campaign funding is processed (within about two weeks after the campaign ends), we’ll send out a smoke test
- A smoke test is a small test survey sent to a limited group of backers to make sure everything (rewards, shipping, add-ons, and selections) works correctly
- About 2 days after the smoke test, we’ll send the full survey to all backers
- Our goal is to have surveys out by the end of February
We plan to:
- Lock orders, shipping info, and add-ons around mid-March
- Begin fulfillment shortly after that and move into shipping
