Here we are with a Print on Demand update. We have copies of

Perfect Bound
This is the one we had promised during the crowdfunder, and I am pleased to inform you that this is exactly as planned. It is the lightning press digital print and the quality holds up very well.

Spiral Bound
As Directors ourselves, we understand the struggle of trying to run a monster from a book. Hence, we tried to explore the option of a spiral bound book. Lulu gave us the option for a spiral bound print on demand. So we ordered some proof copies.
Good News: THEY SIT FLAT ON THE TABLE

Bad News: The paper quality is not good. We opted for the "best" paper they offered and there is still plenty of bleed from the reverse page. See below -

Your Options
You will get at cost print on demand codes for both. So you decide which one you want. We make NO MONEY from this. So whatever you choose is entirely up to your preferences.

Those who backed PDF only
Even with the issues mentioned above, we think the spiral bound print on demand has value for the average Director. As a result we will send you a discount code to get the spiral bound print on demand. THIS IS NOT AT COST PRINTING. This discount contains the additional CHF 5 that PDF+PoD backer paid. Basically a second chance to back at the PDF+PoD pledge. So if you choose to get the spiral bound print on demand, we do make money from that. However, you are free to ignore this option if you only ever wanted the PDF.

Chapter 1: PDF
We are happy to announce that the LOOK OUT! PDF is ready for distribution. You should be able to claim your PDF now. If you have any issues, let us know.
We have uploaded both the page by page and the spread PDFs. I think in this case the spread is actually very helpful to run the game at the table.

Chapter 2: Print on Demand Softcover
The softcover print on demand is out to the printer. We are waiting for confirmation and the proof copy. We are on schedule to send you the codes by July 31st.

Chapter 3: Print on Demand Spiral-Bound
We are exploring an option for the print on demand to be spiral bound. We are excited about this option. The utility value of the book sitting flat on your table when you are running is very high. We have also done our best to fit all monsters on a 2-page spread. That way you can see their malice and stat block at the same time. The caveat - it is more expensive than the perfect bound softcover.
