Everyone who's paid for their order has officially been shipped out! Thank you so much for your patience with the tariffs, the postal strikes, and everything going on. For anyone not in this category, I will start processing refunds for those who have requested it on December 19th. Thank you again for your patience, and look forward to tracking in your inboxes!

International In Progress

Long time-No Post!

We FINALLY are in the clear to start international shipping! I've already started processing tracking numbers and they should be coming to your inboxes around December 5th/6th. Again, sorry for the delay; international affairs are messy.

Canada Post Strike and Bank Fraud

Well... As soon as I get ready to get tracking numbers ready to go out...

I've been trying to keep track of both Canadian postage updates and out going packages from the US...I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience with international services... And the mess going on here in the US. I'm still shipping out approved packages.

Also I learned Monday that my bank had an internal issue where some card information has been compromised as of last week. So the account that I use to purchase shipping labels has been locked until Saturday when I go and prove that I am the account owner... This wasn't just me, but several of this banks customers. I legally cannot name this institution... But it's been a pain in my patoot.

I will hopefully start getting tracking numbers Saturday afternoon.

US Shipping Completed!

All paid US shipping has been marked delivered.

International shipping has become a bit complicated. As I've stated before, you are more than welcome to get in contact with me if you'd like a refund on your order. I will not be covering any import fees for delivering your packages.

Canada is the next goal to ship out if no one requests a hold on their package.

International customers will be next after I finish the remaining North American packaged.

Again, if you would like a hold on your package, please let me know. I can hold packages until mid December by which case I will refund said customers

Politics can't seem to keep their hands out of messing with small businesses, but we're still trucking.

Shipping Updates 8/8

After finally figuring out the CSV set up, I finally can mass upload tracking numbers! (Because I'm struggling to figure out how to do the individual file uploads)

More tracking numbers should be hitting emails!

If you haven't completed your survey, please do so! I've sent reminders weekly!

If your card did not charge, please check your email to update your card on file! I cannot ship until your shipping charge is approved!

If you are outside of the US and are concerned about your import fees, I can delay shipping your package however, I cannot pay your import fees. If you would like for me to hold on to your package until you can cover your import fees, please let me know! I can hold your package until 12/31/2025 in which I'll start processing refunds on held items.

Also our Collab Pin is In! That means I can complete all paid orders!
