When are the items due to reach backers?

The production is planned to complete by May 2025, so ideally everyone will get their pins by June 2025!

Do you ship to any country worldwide?

Unfortunately as of end of 2024, we are unable to ship to countries in the EU. For everywhere else, the post office may change their rules arbitrarily due to and not limited to strikes, natural disasters, and political climates. We will try our best to communicate with our backers if any shipment limit is encountered. Please note that we do not collect tax for the rewards, and backers are advised to double check your import tax obligations to prevent surprises!

Is shipping trackable?

Yes, all our shipments are sent tracked by default. However, the affordable service we are using for mailing hands parcels over to the countries' local postal services once it crosses borders and it will be up to the local service (i.e USPS for USA) to keep the tracking updated. There have been incidents where the tracking stops after touching ground, but typically the parcel will still arrive or be held at the nearest post office if delivery was missed. Please check with your nearest post office 4 weeks after you receive your tracking code in case they did not notify you regarding missed deliveries. Please email us at teaandbuns@outlook.com if you have any questions about postage and we will be glad to help!
