There are 14 days remaining in The Between campaign! We are steadily working on unlocking the $200K achievement, the new Mastermind, Gesod. As of this update, we are less than $5K away from hitting that goal. All the remaining achievements will be revealed as soon as we do it!
Sprigs & Kindling is a digital fanzine exploring the Carved from Brindlewood system (the system that powers Brindlewood Bay, The Between, Public Access, The Silt Verses RPG, and other mystery horror games). Along with experimental new playbooks and scenarios for CfB games, contributions include essays, art, recipes, music, and more. The first issue will be released on October 31, 2024 (the same day our crowdfunding campaign ends) with subsequent issues to follow every two months.
While Sprigs & Kindling isn't directly connected to The Gauntlet, we're extremely excited about it. The Gauntlet got its start in publishing with Codex, a digital fanzine for the games we loved (it was a lot of Dungeon World and Monsterhearts back then, haha). We love knowing that our own games are now inspiring folks to create something like this.
