Project Update: ⚠️ Survey Deadline Oct 20 — Plus Shipping Updates & Pricing Transparency

In case you missed the memo, surveys have been fully sent out & should be running loose in your inboxes!
If you haven’t already filled yours out, now’s the time — surveys are scheduled locked Monday, October 20.

These surveys are crucial for us to confirm your shipping details and finalize your rewards, so please make sure to complete them ASAP. Once the surveys close, we’ll lock in the fulfillment information so we can start getting these technicolored monsters into your hands.

A Little Shipping & Pricing Transparency (We Hear You!)

We’ve seen a few notes about shipping costs, and we totally get it — those numbers can sting.
We’ve made it our mission to keep costs as fair and as accessible as possible, but unfortunately, on the shipping side of things, we’re at the mercy of USPS & their established rates.

To be as transparent as possible on the pricing of things:

What's Our of Our Control: Two words: Shipping Costs.
Unfortunately Shipping costs are 100% dictated by current USPS rates, which have gone up significantly since our campaign ended. While these prices are out of our control, but to try to mitigate this, we’ve done our best to minimize packaging size and weight without compromising the game’s quality or protection. Drunkards, Druggies, & Delinquents is a beast — and the size/weight of your order (and where it’s going) will affect final shipping costs.
What We Have Controlled: Honoring the Original Campaign Pricing
Without sounding like a broken record, we want to make it known that we appreciate every single one of you for supporting our campaign & making our dreams of bringing Drunkards, Druggies, and Delinquents to the world, a reality. A lot has changed since we wrapped this campaign, and like everybody else, we've had to learn to navigate these new tariffs and the uncertainty they've provided. In a world of uncertainty however, one thing we were certain about was our commitment to showing our appreciation for your support by making sure we honored the original campaign pricing of the game. So in order do so, we've taken it upon ourselves to absorb the added tariff and customs fees that were introduced after our campaign ended, instead of passing them on to you. We couldn't have gotten this far without your enthusiastic support, so we wanted to make sure we kept up our end of the bargain!

We know this doesn’t make the shipping cheaper, but we hope it helps explain where those numbers are coming from and why we’ve done our best to keep your total cost as fair as possible.

Shipping Regions & Restrictions

We also want to apologize for some confusion around regional shipping availability.
We’ve adjusted the list of countries we’re able to ship to in order to comply with postal and customs restrictions. If you encountered an issue selecting your country, this should now be resolved — but if you’re still having trouble, please reach out through BackerKit support and we’ll help sort it out.

Digital Tier Koozie Fix

For those in our Digital Download tier who are being prompted to pay shipping for your free koozie, our sincerest apologies! That was a mistake on our end & we've asked BackerKit to help us get that fixed for use ASAP — So for those of you who've encountered this issue, hang tight! We'll be covering the shipping costs entirely and make sure you receive your koozie free of charge — as originally promised. Thanks for catching that and for your patience while we corrected it.
