Hark, travelers! Long time no production update, but BOY are we excited to share what's been going on since the last one! Namely: all of the pins have finally arrived, and they're all GORGEOUS!
As such, we will be charging cards in 48 hours, and locking shipping addresses soon after to prepare for shipping early next month. You should receive an email about this shorty, but if anything has changed since you've backed, make your address and payment information are up to date!
📜 Important Things to Note
Tiamat was scaled up - now measuring a grand 3" tall! An upscale was proposed when she was unlocked as an option, and we're glad we went for it, she is MIGHTY! Rest assured, her price for backers and preorders will not change: for the duration of the campaign, she will remain available as $9 like the rest of the pins, and after the campaign concludes her sale price will raise to match her larger scale.
There were other minor clean-ups all around to aid in production, but these were VERY few, and almost invisible. These include proportion tweaks, adjusting wing placement, nudging heads up, etc.
Any potential B-grades will be pulled from the pool and sold at a discount at a later date. Read more about how we grade our pins here.
🗡️ Dragons Slain, Dragons Obtained
Now that the pins have landed, we felt it fit to order the "Slay The Dragon" stickers as well, complete with the metallic gold trim! Check out the final design below. Returning backers receive this sticker complimentary of supporting this campaign, but these are still available to purchase for any Gem Dragon backer.
We'll be spending the next couple of weeks grading and packing up all the pins in preparation for shipping. If you have any concerns about your order, as always, please reach out at [email protected]!
Expect another post before shipping begins just to keep everybody in the loop about the fulfillment process. But for now, enjoy the pins! They turned out SPECTACULAR and we can't wait for them to finally go home with all of you!
As a quick reminder - surveys lock tomorrow night, December 2nd! Get 'em in if you haven't already!
When surveys lock, you will no longer be able to change your pin choices or pledge tiers, so make any final edits now! You'll still be able to update your shipping address until production is completed.
92% of folks have already filled out their surveys, which is awesome!! With these numbers we were able to get quotes on our current number estimates, so production will begin as soon as possible.

The gem dragon pre-order store is officially OPEN! If your or a buddy missed out on the campaign while it was live, feel free to snag some a few pins from the preorder page!
In addition, the Chromatic Dragon campaign leftovers have been listen on our Etsy if anybody was interested in! These will be shipping regularly throughout the month, so these fierce little pins should make it in time for the holidays.

Well met, travelers! You're due for some congratulations and thank-yous, because in just short of a month, 153 generous backers were able to raise $7,256 for this campaign! On top of that,EVERY STRETCH GOAL was unlocked, just in the nick of time! Your support never fails to impress me, thank you all so much for the incredible journey so far!
But we're not done just yet, far from it! Now it's time to - at last - pick out the pins going home with you!
📜 The First Surveys Have Been Sent
A tiny sampling of backers have received their post-campaign survey! If there are any issues, inconsistencies, or hiccups you experience during your survey process - please don't be afraid to let us know! The rest of the surveys will be sent out in 24 hours, once we can confirm everything's good to go.
As a reminder, surveys will be up until December 2nd, which gives you two weeks to submit your order! Still, please make sure to fill out your survey as soon as possible! I'll put a reminder out when there's a few days left to go. After then, orders will be locked and cards will be charged.
🐉 Leftovers & Preorders
If you or a buddy just missed this campaign, tomorrow our preorder store will be open and accessible through the landing page! The timeline of these pins and products will be the same as the core campaign's - expect the to be shipped around March of next year once production is complete.
Similarly, later this week, our Etsy is going live with the Chromatic Dragons leftovers! If you require the services of a small gaggle of kobolds, or just need a gold dragon in your life, our hope is to have leftovers shipped out before the holidays to make for some ferocious little stocking stuffers.

Because I wanna see them, and you wanna see them! Even if we don't pass their stretch goal in these final hours, i'd be remiss if these little guys didn't come to fruition. They are now available as a pledge tier and an add-on for all pledges. All three pins come together for $15, no need to purchase individually!
*Please note, you can't choose the mini-pins for your "Choose your own pin" option, so be sure to select the minis as their own individual item when pledging.

At long last, our journey has reached its apex. Behold, THE FINAL DAY OF THE CAMPAIGN! We have unlocked all but the very last stretch goal for the mini-pins, but so far the campaign has been an incredible success!
👑 Long Live the Queen
With the $6000 goal bested, Tiamat is now available for $9 at the "Choose Your Own Pin" tier, same as all the other dragons! You may now edit your pledge to include her, or toss her in as an add-on to your order.
PLEASE NOTE: After the campaign, the Tiamat pin's price will increase to match her larger scale, so make sure to grab her now or in preorders to catch her at a discount!
🐉 So, what happens next?
Once the campaign concludes at 12:00pm PT, expect the post-campaign surveys to start rolling out so you can pick your pins! This may take up to a week to get to you, so hold onto your horses!
We are on-track with the projected timeline, so backers will haveuntil December 4th (about two-three weeks) to fill out their survey. From there, we'll gather up the order information, charge cards for orders, and pins will go into production! We expect to receive them around February for a March fulfillment, but we'll keep you all updated through the months as updates and samples come.
All 10 of the gem and uncommon dragons, as well as Tiamat, are currently available as choose-your-own-pins, so you're free to enter any combination of such for your orders! The monster mini-pin set, if unlocked, will become its own item with its own price, and the "Slay the Dragon" sticker remains an add-on for all existing orders.

For our second-ever crowdfunding campaign, we are BLOWN AWAY by your guys' support! As happy as we are to rep the lesser-loved beasts of the forgotten realms, this would have been impossible without the amazing generosity of all of you.
