Hello! Dumb questions to follow, but do the physical add-on items come with the PDF or do they need to be purchased separately? Do the stretch goals (such as Star Siege) come as PDF and then we pay to upgrade to physical later on? And is there a specific CK screen for Amazing Adventures and will we be able to purchase this during the campaign? Thanks a million!
