QML attempted to ship me my pledge 4 times. All 4 times they didn't use enough packing material and didn't put in any kind of corner protection, despite my explicitly asking each time after the first damaged shipment. Desire assuring me they would use extra packing material they never did, and all the shipments showed up with crushed corners, bent pages, and/or broken spines. And now my pledge is being refunded rather than fulfilled. This has been a nightmare entirely of QML's doing, all they needed to do was pack the package so that Wages of Sin wasn't shifting around loose in the box and they never did. So I'm begging the folks at TKG to use a different fulfillment partner for the Prospero's Dream fulfillment next year 🙏
