Hello, everyone! I have some updates for you on the Wages of Sin campaign!

First, the final PDFs are available to download now! If you have not received the PDFs on your pledge manager, please send us an email at [email protected]. We have had some feedback regarding the readability of pages 24 and 25 in the PDFs. I wanted to let you know that I have sent your comments along to the design team. 

We also had some folks ask for more details on shipping. I checked with the team for more precise information. First, folks in the United States will have their orders filled by Quartermaster Logistics (QML). As of today, QML is working on getting stock cleared through customs and then will be working on fulfillment! 

For folks based in Europe and the UK, your fulfillment will be done by Publisher Technology Solutions (PTS). Fulfillment for Europe and the UK has begun!

QML will be working with fulfillment companies in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, South America, and all other locations to send orders to each region’s specific fulfillment hub. It will likely take a month for the fulfillment hubs in those areas to get the books. Aetherworks will be overseeing final fulfillment in Australia and New Zealand, while VFI will oversee fulfillment in Asia and other Pacific areas. 

On June 19th, the fulfillment companies sent out final address checks for backers. If you did not get your final address check and you need to make changes, please email [email protected] if you are in a QML-serviced area or use this contact form if you are in a PTS-serviced area. 

Shipping should have been charged by now. We were also made aware of a shipping notification error. Folks who only received supply pods or only ordered PDFs received shipping payment notifications. Those were sent in error and folks should not have been charged. If you did receive a charge in error, please send us an email at [email protected] 

Additionally, some of you probably have cards that are outdated, which we attempted to charge but the charge did not go through. You’ll receive a notification from Backerkit if this concerns you, but please get your payment information updated as quickly as possible. We are starting fulfillment, and we don’t want you to get left out. As always, contact us at [email protected] if you have an issue.

Last, Supply Pods will also be shipped with fulfillment!
