I am forced to write here as the creator has completely vanished and ignored all my emails. One of my shipments arrived with severe damage (cracked main box and dented books) due to terrible packaging, and I still haven't received the 'Household Heroes Figure Set' add-on. Has anyone actually received this figure set yet? I have been completely ignored for over 5 months now. Creator, please respond to my emails and resolve this issue immediately.
