There have been some minor delays since our last update, but our shipping partners have reassured us that all rewards are expected to be delivered within the next 2 weeks.

Where to find your tracking inside the pledge manager
>> Tracking Numbers: The vast majority of tracking numbers have been sent out. There are fewer than 100 rewards that are still being processed at the moment. If you can't find your tracking number email, you can always go to your BackerKit survey and check there

Today we have a BIG update to inform you about the current status of the shipping process. We also have a new UNBOXING VIDEO to share, a CHEAT SHEET to deliver, and a NEW PROJECT just announced. That's a lot for an update!
>>> SHIPPING
As per our last update, shipping is currently ongoing. We still expect all rewards to be delivered within the first half of October.
If you live outside of EUROPE/UK/USA/CANADA, shipping might take a little longer, but you will still receive your rewards by the end of the month, if not earlier.
>> TRACKING NUMBERS In the next few days, you will all receive an email from BackerKit with your tracking number. In fact, some backers have already received their tracking numbers and are currently waiting for delivery.
Even if you don't receive an email, you can access your tracking numbers directly from your BackerKit account. Simply go to your BackerKit survey, click on "View Confirmation". There you will find your tracking information under "Track your Package".
PLEASE NOT: it might take some days before your tracking number shows up.
The digital CHEAT SHEET is finally ready and available in both English and Italian. To download it, simply navigate to the DIGITAL DOWNLOAD section in your Backerkit account. You will find the Cheat Sheet waiting for you together with the already-delivered Promo Cards, Champion Journal, and Aura Font.
This Cheat Sheet is designed specifically for the GMs. You will find Cheat Sheets for PLAYERS at the end of the Champion Journal and on the back of pre-made Champion Sheets inside the Starter Set.

In our previous update, we announced that shipping would start at the end of August. Since then, there have been some minorissues that MAY push the start of the shipping process to the beginning of September.
We expect all packages to arrive in your hands by the end of September/first half of October, depending on where you live!
As you know, production took a bit longer than expected. But now everything is just PERFECT, and we can't wait for you to see (and touch) the final products!
