I wanted to send this preview PDF along so you all know what you'll be getting. I do want to stress that this is a PREVIEW, not the final product, although as I previously mentioned it's almost there. That's why I'm sending it directly, so it doesn't muck anything related to fulfillment, since it has not in fact the real deal.
So backers, check your inboxes (and most likely spam folders)!
Some of the things that I still need to straighten out include:
The blank page after the cover.
I'd love to find an image like the one on p.1, but illustrated and/or with a transparent background.
Links. There are links throughout, but I need to remove them or make them consistent.
Mssr. Verde's portrait--there's art coming for this.
Roleplaying image on p.50, looking for something more on-brand.
Dice image on p.60, may replace this.
The blank page before the back cover.
Aside from these things, as I noted a couple of weeks ago I'm still getting the print versions dialed in from Lulu and DTRPG.
But I did at least want to give y'all this sneak peek since I didn't make the original ship date. I can't attach PDFs to emails from BackerKit, backers should keep an eye on your email for it.
Feel free to send me any thoughts... still time to make some changes before I finalize everything.
Thanks as always for supporting my project, I appreciate you all!

P.S. If you didn't pledge during the campaign, the good news is that the pre-order store is up and running. If you send a pre-order my way, I will of course send a copy of this preview out to you.
Coming at you with a long-overdue update. It is unfortunately looking more like August for a final release. I'd really wanted to get this out this month, but I'd rather spend a bit of extra time making sure everything's right.
Let me lay out next steps:
1. I want to release a preview PDF at the end of the month. This will be 99% the final product with the exception of the aforementioned art (which will have a public domain placeholder) and any adjustments I need to make in order for printing to go plan.
2. As soon as I get the last bit of art in and placed in the manuscript, I need to do a couple more test prints at both Lulu and DTRPG. This is where the delay comes in, as each of those takes about a week from ordering to get to me, and if any adjustments are needed, it's rinse and repeat. However, I do hope I can get the print looking good from both vendors, so you'll be able to order them from whichever one you prefer once it's time to do the survey.
I apologize for bumping this out another month, but I've always adhered to the "better late than wrong" philosophy. Bear with me, and I'll get this into your hands as soon as I possibly can.
In the meantime, please enjoy the second-to-last character portrait just in: Jacob Tucker, frontiersman, dinner guest and one of Henri Stouffon's closest friends (or is he... dun-dun-DUNNNN!!!).
