Hello there! I’m Mary, known as UltraInfinite online. This is my eleventh crowdfunding campaign, to fund the creation of a plush art toy of my original angel character Sam!
I have already run five Kickstarter campaigns and five Backerkit campaignsto fund the creation of a variety of enamel pins, but this will be my first plush campaign. Most of my pins and other items are available with mystockists, I've shared a few below.
Backerkit will not charge you unless the campaign reaches its funding goal.
You can change your pledge amount at any time before the campaign ends.
Surveys will be sent out once the campaign has completed so you can pick which items you would like.
You will receive updates on production and fulfillment as they progress, through your Backerkit email or the Community tab on the campaign page.
Once backers have received their pledges, any extras will be available after the campaign; but at a higher price. Missed the campaign or can't pledge? See the Survey section for more details on how else to get the items.
I'm happy to share that Sammy the Sundog Plush is partnered with FALLEN ANGELS Enamel Pins by VileWorm to offer freebie pins as part of our campaigns. If you pledge to FALLEN ANGELS as well as Sammy the Sundog Plush, you will receive a freebie pin from each campaign. These pins will be available only to backers who pledge for both campaigns, so be sure to pledge if you want them!
If you qualify for the free Serpent of Eden pin, it will be added to your survey post-campaign (likewise for the Sun Eater pin in the FALLEN ANGELS campaign).
Each pledge will include a holographic Cerberus Cherub sticker and a postcard print featuring artist credits on the back. Returning backers will get an Angelic Messenger Wolf sticker; early bird backers, who pledge in the first 48 hours of the campaign, will receive a Sammy Plush sticker.
Our first goal is to fund the Sammy the Sundog plush at $2000. Here is the final sample! This plush is intended as artwork and may not be suitable as a toy for children.
Once the plush is funded, we'll unlock the following pins as stretch goals. Unless noted otherwise each pin will have hard enamel and two pin posts with rubber backings.
The first of these stretch goals is the Cerberus Cherub pin at $3000. Next is the Seraph pinat $4000. The Cherub pin will be funded at $5000. The Classic Cherub pin will be funded at $6000. The Throne pin will be funded at $6500. The Wolf Knight, Comet Angel, and Star Seraph pins will be funded at $8000. At $9500 we will fund the Monstrous Hound and Sun Wolf pins.
Rewards will ship via USPS with tracking. Be sure to check your address is correct, replacements or refunds will not be given if you provide the wrong shipping address.
Shipping will be charged after the campaign, when items are ready to ship. Please note that the pledge amount during the campaign does not include shipping cost.
Once items ship, they will take about 1-2 weeks to arrive for domestic (US) backers, and 4-6 weeks for international backers.
Noticefor international backers: Backers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be placed on international orders. No refunds or replacements will be given if your package is lost or returned to sender as a result of not paying these fees. International mail service has been suspended for some countries. Backers are responsible for confirming if service is suspended. If I am unable to ship to you I will refund your pledge, minus any fees and taxes.
Shipping will be flat rate. Shipping prices, which will be added after the campaign in the post-campaign survey, are available below:
Once the campaign ends, surveys will be sent out for backers to choose their items. These surveys will be sent to your Backerkit email, so please make sure you are able to access that email. We will be using Backerkit to coordinate rewards.
Using Backerkit, you can add to your pledge if there are additional campaign items you'd like; or preorder if you missed the campaign. However, it's best to pledge for them during the campaign to help unlock goals.
Once items are in-hand and ready to ship, backers will receive photos and will be allowed to make changes to their survey if desired. If there are an insufficient number of items to accommodate these changes, you may receive a B-grade pin or plush or be asked to select a different item.
At this time, campaign backers and preorder backers will be charged for any addons via Backerkit. Please see the Timeline section for an estimate of when pins will ship.
Missed the campaign?
Once the campaign has ended, a Backerkit preorder store will be opened for a limited time. To track the campaign progress, preorder backers are recommended to keep an eye on the campaign page to see what updates are being posted; or subscribe to my social media to see previews of the items when I have received them.
Once items are in-hand and ready to ship, preorder backers will be charged for any addons via Backerkit. Please see the Timeline section for an estimate of when pins will ship.
Once the preorder store closes, you will need to wait until post-campaign leftovers are available. After backers have received their rewards, any leftovers will be made available with my stockists, but at a higher price. International shipping to most destinations is available through some of my stockists.
If you have any issues with your survey or other urgent concerns: please contact Backerkit supportor submit a question via the FAQ.Backerkit support will forward your message to my email. Do not message me on my shops, social media, or comment on the campaign page - if you do that I may miss your message or lose track of it (feel free to comment for any non-urgent issues of course).
Manufacturing times are approximate and delays are possible. Backers will be notified if there are any unexpected delays, updates, or other issues.
Design changes may be made depending on pin and plush designs. This may include adjustments to colors and linework. I will do my best to produce items that match these mockups as closely as possible. Differences between the final items and the mockups are to be expected. This is my first plush campaign. I have a prototype but am new to plush grading and shipping, so there are potential hiccups there. I will keep backers informed via campaign updates.
I will be using USPS to ship backer rewards. International mail service has been suspended for some countries. Backers are responsible for confirming if service is suspended. Backers are responsible for any customs fees. Refunds/replacements will not be provided if a package is rejected by customs and lost, as a result of failure to pay these fees. Please see the Shipping section for more information. If I am unable to ship to you I will refund your pledge, minus any Backerkit fees and taxes.
Exchanges or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Backers are responsible for return shipping. Once the 14 day period after the campaign expires, refunds will not be allowed. This campaign has a strict no-refund policy, even for duplicate orders or other survey mistakes.
