I’m Alieke and I am the creator of the UrskogSaga. I love everything forest and little forest treasures. I have completed two successful Kickstarter campaigns with Mushroom Enamel Pins and now I’m excited to be part of Pintopia!

There are some exclusive rewards available in this campaign for Early Backers, Returning Backers and backers that go all in! There are also additional pins to collect from the Cross-collab and the Banner reward. So many! Check them out below for more details. I ship worldwide from the Netherlands and due to the collab with LanternArcana I can offer some good shipping rates for combined orders and orders to the US. 

The Season Pins are inspired by old drawings that I made, showing my love for trees and nature. Original watercolor art will be available for this campaign as well. 

This campaign unlocks two types of rewards per season. 1 Big Seasonal Pin (1.75") and a Mini Pin Set (3x 0.75"). You can pledge for these designs individually, or combined (1 pin, 1 mini pin set, etc). On the add-on page  you can add pins as you like. After the campaign you can specify the exact designs in the pledge manager. 

Season pins are made of a zinc alloy that is gold plated. They are all hard enamel pins. The pins are approximately 4,5 cm (1.75”) tall. Each pin will come with two rubber clutches, a backstamp and a shared backing card.

The Mini Pin Set are a set of three 0.75” gold plated pins. The pins come as a set and count as one pin in the reward tier. The pins have their own backing card. 

The pins are inspired by old drawings that I also turn into paintings. These paintings are available as exclusive rewards in this campaign. When you pledge for a painting you will get all seasonal pins that we unlock in this campaign and access to discounted tiers to purchase additional round pins or the mini pins. 
All paintings are 19x19 cm and are matted to 25x25 cm.  

The campaign will run during Pintopia from end of January to mid February. 
After the campaign is successfully funded I need to wait till the funds are transferred and then will send out the backer surveys. In the survey you can select which of the unlocked enamel pins (seasonal and mini pins) you want, and select additional add-ons.  When 80% of the backers have answered the survey I'll start production and the orders will be locked. 

When the pins arrive I'll have to do a quality check, assemble everything and start shipping things out. Sometimes there might be quality problems with the pins and they need to be redone, this might cause delays. If this happens, I'll keep you updated.  

Shipping & US tarrifs are charged after the campaign and are NOT included in the pledge levels and add-ons. More on tarrifs and USA backers below.

All rewards will be quality controlled & shipped from the Netherlands . We ship internationally.
UK Backers: You can select the UK only tier and I'll create a custom Etsy listing for you after the campaign. Etsy takes care of the additional taxes and paperwork.

Cross-collab Backers: LanternArcana and I are bundling our powers here as well. Meaning that if you back both our campaigns, we will combine your pledges to one parcel. This reduces cost, material & environmental impact.
I’ll fulfil all EU orders. LanternArcana will fulfil all US Orders. International orders we will divide based on what’s most beneficial regarding shipping cost.
If your order gets fulfilled by LanternArcana you will receive 6 euro credit from me to reduce the shipping!

The shipping cost will be collected after the campaign. This way I can charge accurate price and you won't overpay. Backers from outside the European Union are responsible for taxes, Backerkit does not collect taxes and import duties. For EU residence VAT is included. 

USA Backers: Due to the removal of the minimis tariffs will needed to be added to your order. But I do have some good new! Due to me partnering up with Lantern Arcana, I'll be able to significantly lower the amount of tarrifs that need to be payed, since Lantern Arcana will be fulfilling the US orders.

How does this work? I'll order all pins. Get them shipped to me, do the quality check and than ship all US bound parcels to LanternArcana. They will ship them out within the US. It might be a bit slower, but it safes significantly on shipping & tarrifs.  The tarrifs will be paid together with the shipping cost and post campaign purchases. You will receive a 6 euro credit on your shipping. 

At the time of writing the tarrif amount for products from China (the enamel pins) is 35%. For everything produced in the EU (stickers, prints) it is 15%. Original art is free from tarrifs. 
*Note January 2025: There are some rumors going on regarding raised tarrifs due to the Greenland situation, and increased tarrifs from the Netherlands. Since these tarrifs only apply to the stickers, I don't think it will be a problem. I'll keep monitoring the situation* 

These are estimates! I'll be collecting shipping and the tariffs after the campaign, so I work with the most accurate data possible. There are still court cases going about scrapping the tarrifs (fingers crossed) and then I won't have to charge anything! But tarrifs might also be increased, if that happens I'll try to find a suitable solution for all of us and might pay some of the tarrifs out of pocket.

I do this through painting, illustration and photography. I want to share with you all I find beautiful, so we all can share our love for nature with the world.

I love painting in watercolours and in oils and love adding them to campaigns to get something exclusive for you! I have made two successful enamel pin campaigns in the past, featuring mushrooms!

When  you have pledged to this campaign, I'll need your help to answer the surveys on time. This is your responsibility as a backer. How do  you do this?

All or nothing
I have chosen Backerkit to find the funds to produce the enamel pin designs. It is an all-or-nothing campaign. Meaning that you will only be charged once the campaign is successful. If the campaign fails you will not be charged, and the enamel pins will not go into production. If the project gets funded, I'll be committed to fulfill the campaign, if you have pledged,  you will receive your reward.

Goal amount
The initial amount of 500 euros is for the production of the first enamel pin. More designs will be unlocked when stretch goals are reached. During the first 48h of the campaign you can pledge with an Early Bird price. If you cancel your pledge, you will not be able to re-pledge for an Early bird price again.

Editing your pledge
If you back for more than the unlocked designs, you can pick a duplicate. During the campaign and the backer survey you can edit your pledge level and the amount of add-ons. After the backer surveys are locked, all the pledges will be locked as well.

Refunds
After the campaign has ended I can not refund your order. I need the funds to cover productions. During the campaign you can cancel and modify your pledge at anytime. Additional add-ons can be modified as long as the orders are not locked.

Design
The images used in this campaign page are mock-ups, the end product may vary. I have labelled all colours in pantone, to get the end results as close as possible.

Assembly
But variation may always occur. All products will be assembled and packaged by hand. Depending on the success of this campaign, this may add additional processing times.

Taxes, import duties & Tarrifs
Additional costs by customs, duties or taxes are not covered. Check beforehand which additional cost may apply to your country. For USA backers: I'll be charging tarrifs and pre-pay this to the shipping courier. I have provided estimated cost in the campaign page. The tarrfis will be collected through Backerkit together with shipping.
