Reward surveys are going out!
Hi everyone,
All payments have been cleared, amazing! Thank you. This means I can already send the surveys now and give us all a bit of extra time.
I just send out the smoke tests. Did you receive a smoke test and do you find a mistake? Or is something unclear? Please let me know through e-mail.
Once I have gotten some feedback from the smoke tests, the rest of the surveys will go out. Usually this takes 1-2 days.
Filling in the surveys are necessary to collect shipping address and shipping cost. Without this I cannot send your rewards to you!

You made it such a celebration with various items selling out, for which I'm very grateful!

So what's next?
- Backerkit is currently charging all pledges. There are some pledges that failed. If so, you have received an e-mail and can fix your card during the upcoming days.
- After 14 days I'll send out the surveys. Smoke test will go out first, the rest of the surveys soon after. If you see any mistakes in the smoke test, feel free to reach out.
- I'll be locking orders & charging cards soon after. I have planned fulfillment for the last week of august.
- Make sure both payments (initial pledge AND shipping) go through. Without it, I cannot fulfill your order.
- If you want to combine your order with Fungi & Faeries campaign, you can say so in the survey. This will save you some shipping, but your order will go out later - once fulfillment for F&F starts end step/october.
For now that was it. Thank you all, and I'll send an update again when the surveys go out.
